Claims (10)

1. Unité d'emballage (2) ouverte vers le haut, autoportative et empilable, comprenant une paroi (4) en matière plane, par exemple du carton ondulé, ayant des portions verticales rigides (12-18) et une feuille en matière synthétique (8) adhérant à celle-ci et emboutie profondément vers l'intérieur de la paroi en fonction des objets (34, 34') à recevoir, caractérisée en ce que la paroi (4) ne comprend que des portions de paroi (12-18) verticales rigides, que la feuille (8) adhère sur l'intérieur de la paroi (4) sur une partie de sa hauteur en partant du bord supérieur de la paroi et que la paroi (4) présente des encoches (24, 26, 88) d'emboîtement sur son bord supérieur et/ou inférieur.
2. Unité d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le creux de la feuille (8) se trouve en dessous de sa zone d'adhérence (28), à une certaine distance de la paroi (4).
3. Unité d'emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins deux encoches d'emboîtement (24, 26) dans chacune des deux portions de paroi (12,14), se faisant face et à une distance correspondant à la distance de ces portions de paroi l'une par rapport à l'autre.
4. Unité d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les encoches d'emboîtement (88) constituent une denture continue.
5. Unité d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la feuille (8) présente, éventuellement décalés de manière connue selon deux coordonnées et séparés les uns des autres par des traverses creuses (40), plusieurs creux (32') et qu'au moins une partie des creux est renforcée en reliant partiellement les deux parois de traverse (42) se faisant face.
6. Dispositif pour la fabrication d'unités d'emballage (2) ouvertes vers le haut, à partir d'une paroi (4) consistant seulement en portions rigides verticales (12-18), et d'une feuille en matière synthétique (8) emboutie profondément, dispositif muni d'un dispositif de chauffage, d'un dispositif de serrage et d'emboutissage profond de la feuille (44) sensiblement étanche par rapport à l'extérieur et recevant les parois de récipient (4) avec la feuille (8) qui repose sur celui-ci, ce dispositif comprenant un outil supérieur (50) ayant au moins un poinçon (68) non chauffé et une soufflerie reliée à ce dispositif (44) de manière telle qu'une pression différentielle s'exerçant vers le bas puisse être appliquée sur la feuille (8) enserrée, caractérisé en ce que le _ dispositif (44) de serrage et d'emboutissage profond comprend un outil inférieur (48) s'enfonçant dans la paroi (4) du récipient sur une partie de sa hauteur et adapté, en outre, au creux désiré pour la feuille (8) formée à l'aide de cet outil.

Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que des nervures (62) formant des traverses (40) dans la zone creusée de la feuille sont ménagées par endroits dans l'outil inférieur (48) de manière telle que les deux parois de traverse (42) de la feuille (8) qui se font face soient aptes à s'unir sous l'influence de la pression différentielle appliquée au dispositif de serrage (44).

Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le poiçon (68) est disposé sur une plaque (66) particulière de l'outil supérieur (50) à laquelle est suspendue une plaque (72) qui peut être pressée contre le bord supérieur (78) de la paroi (4) et est mobile vers le haut et le bas, et en ce que cette dernière plaque (72) peut être pressée, à l'aide d'un organe élastique (74) par la première plaque (66) contre le bord supérieur (78) de la paroi, lorsque la plaque (66) s'approche de la position extrême inférieure.
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de chauffage fait partie d'un dispositif d'amenée de parois (4) qui se succèdent, et en ce que ce dispositif d'amenée présente en outre un dispositif pour l'application, sous forme de bande continue, de la feuille (8) sur les parois (4) successives.
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un organe de coupe (86) de la bande de feuille est relié au poinçon (68) de l'outil supérieur (50).
