Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Trägerleiste für wärmedämmende Platten und eine Putzschicht vor einer Wand nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Bei einer Trägerleiste dieser Art (DE-A-30 05022) besteht die metallische Abdeckung aus einer mittleren U-Schiene zur Überdeckung der Holzlatte und aus weiteren, seitlich angeordneten U-Schienen, die an den Seiten der Holzlatte befestigt sind. Mit dieser Trägerleiste läßt sich ein Verputz vor einer Wand herstellen, hinter dem außer den wärmedämmenden Platten noch Hohlräumeu zur Wärmeisolierung vorhanden sind.
  • Es ist bereits eine Trägerleiste für wärmedämmende Platten bekannt (DE-U-68 11 393), mit der Fassadenplatten klammerartig vor einer Wand gehalten werden können. Die Trägerleiste ist als Strangpreßprofil mit jeweils zwei wegstrebenden Schenkeln an beiden Seiten eines U-Profils ausgebildet. An die Herstellung einer Putzschicht ist nicht gedacht.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die bekannte Vorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff zu vereinfachen. Die gestellte Aufgabe wird aufgrund der Maßnahmen des Hauptanspruchs gelöst und durch die weiteren Maßnahmen der Unteransprüche ausgestaltet.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung beschrieben. Diese zeigt ein abgebrochenes Stück der Trägerleiste in perspektivischer Darstellung.
  • Eine Holzleiste 1 mit rechteckförmigem Querschnitt weist Seitenflächen 1 a, 1 b, 1 c, 1 d auf. Ein Profilblech 2 umhüllt die Holzlatte 1 von den Seiten 1a, 1b, 1c und weist hierzu einen mittleren, insgesamt U-förmigen Abschnitt 3 auf. An den mittleren Abschnitt 3 schließen sich seitliche Abschnitte oder Flügel 4 und 5 an, und senkrecht auf die Seitenflächen 1a und 1c. Die Abdeckung 2 besteht aus verzinktem Stahlblech, welches zur dargestellten Form gebogen wurde. Mögliche Abmessungen sind folgende : der mittlere Abschnitt 3 ist etwa 2 cm hoch (an den Seiten 1a, 1 c) und 2,5 cm breit (an der Seite 1b) und die seitlichen Flügel 4 und 5 sind etwa 2 cm breit.
  • Die Trägerleiste ist mit anderen gleichartigen Trägerleisten zur Befestigung an einer zu verputzenden Wand bestimmt. Die Flügel 4 und 5 dienen dabei als Halter von Schaumstoffplatten 6, welche mit einem geeigneten Kleber an diesen vorübergehend fixiert werden können. Die Trägerleiste dient ferner als Abstandshalter für einen Putzträger 7, beispielsweise aus Streckmetall, welches mit Klammern an der Trägerleiste befestigt wird.
  • Auf den Putzträger wird in konventioneller Weise der Verputz aufgetragen, welcher luftdurchlässig und robust ist. Gleichzeitig wird ein außerordentlich guter Wärmeschutz erreicht, und zwar wegen der Wärmedämmplatten und der Luftschichten.
  • Während Schaumstoffplatten, die unmittelbar an die Wand geklebt und mit einem dünnen Kunststoffputz versehen sind (wie dies häufig . praktiziert wird), eine Dampfsperre bilden, insbesondere bei der Klebstoffschicht, an der es zu Kondenswasserbildung kommt, wird dieser Nachteil bei der Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Trägerleiste vermieden. Kondenswasserbildung kann nicht nur zu feuchten Wänden, sondern auch zur Ablösung der an die Wand angeklebten Wärmedämmplatten führen.

Claims (3)

1. Trägerleiste für wärmedämmende Platten (6) und eine Putzschicht (7) vor einer Wand, enthaltend eine Holzlatte (1) mit rechteckigem Querschnitt, eine metallische Abdeckung (3) zur Umhüllung der Holzlatte (1) von drei Seiten (1a, 1b. 1c), sowie zwei äußere metallische Abschnitte (4, 5), die von den Seitenflächen (la, 1c) der Holzlatte (1) flügelartig wegstreben, so daß zwischen Putzschicht (7), wärmedämmenden Platten (6) und der Wand jeweils Hohlräume gebildet werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die metallische Abdeckung (3) und die äußeren metallischen Abschnitte (4, 5) aus einem einstückigen, im Querschnitt kontinuierlich verlaufenden Profilblech (2) gebogen sind.
2. Trägerleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (2) aus verzinktem Stahlblech besteht.
3. Trägerleiste nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mittlere Abschnitt (2) des Profilblechs etwa 2 cm hoch und 2,5 cm breit ist und die äußeren Abschnitte (4, 5) etwa 2 cm breit sind.
