Description

    Storen-Sonnentuch
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Storen-Sonnentuch zum Anbringen an einer Hohlnut eines Storen-Walzenrohres, das eine Käderschnur in Form eines Profils mit annähernd U-förmigem Querschnitt und verstärktem Mittelsteg aufweist, wobei das U-Profil so an mindestens einer Seite des Tuches angebracht ist, dass der Rand des Tuches zwischen die Seitenstege des U-Profils zu liegen kommt und wobei das am Tuch angebrachte U-Profil in die Hohlnut des Storen-Walzenrohres einschiebbar ist.
  • Aus der Druckschrift US-A-3 825 023 ist ein Storen-Sonnentuch an einem Wohnwagen bekannt. Der Seitenrandteil an einer Längsseite des Sonnentuches ist mit einem Hohlsaum versehen, der eine Schnur umgibt. Dieser Seitenrandteil mit der Schnur ist in einer Hohlnut einer am Wohnwagen horizontal angebrachten Schiene einschiebbar. Nachteilig ist hier, dass zum Einschieben der eingenähten Schnur zwei Personen erforderlich sind. In der Regel liegen mehrere Tuchbahnen überlappend nebeneinander, wobei diese Überlappungen Verdickungen im Bereich der Schnur bilden, was ein Einschieben des Seitenrandteils in die Hohlnut erschwert.
  • Aus der Druckschrift DE-AI-2 551 533 ist eine Einrichtung bekannt, bei der nicht mehr von einer Schnur die Rede ist sondern von einer langgestreckten Leiste mit welcher das Sonnentuch verbunden ist und die in eine Längsausnehmung einer Aufwickelstange einschiebbar ist.
  • Eine weitere Verbesserung des Sonnentuches ist aus der Druckschrift DE-U-7 217 191 bekannt, die dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 entspricht. Diese bekannte Einrichtung ist ein Storen-Sonnentuch zum Anbringen an einer Hohlnut eines Storen-Walzenrohres. Das Sonnentuch ist mit einer Käderschnur in Form eines Profils mit annähernd U-förmigem Querschnitt und verstärktem Mittelsteg versehen. Dabei ist das U-Profil so an mindestens einer Seite des Tuches angebracht, dass der Rand des Sonnentuches zwischen die Seitenstege des U-Profils zu liegen kommt und dieses U-Profil in die Hohlnut des Storen-Walzenrohres einschiebbar ist.
  • Wenn das U-Profil der Käderschnur seitlich in die Hohlnut des Storen-Walzenrohres eingeschoben ist, muss es gespannt und gegen ein unerwünschtes Verschieben in Längsrichtung gesichert werden.
  • Die Erfindung bezweckt ein Storen-Sonnentuch mit einer Käderschnur in Form eines Profils mit U-förmigem Querschnitt zu schaffen, dessen Käderschnur vom Storenbauer auf einfache Art in der Hohlnut des Storen-Walzenrohres befestigt werden kann, ohne dass eine zweite Person behilflich sein muss.
  • Das erfindungsgemässe Storen-Sonnentuch ist gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Schraube im U-Profil der Käderschnur, die derart quer durch das U-Profil geführt ist, dass nach Einziehen des U-Profils in die Hohlnut der Schraubenkopf von aussen zugänglich ist, während die Schraubenspitze gegen den Mittelbereich des Hohlraumquerschnitts gerichtet ist, wobei bei Anziehen der Schraube das U-Profil so in die Hohlnut eingeklemmt wird, dass es sich in Längsrichtung nicht mehr verschieben lässt.
  • Nachfolgend wird anhand der Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes beschrieben.
    • Fig. 1 zeigt das Storen-Sonnentuch, dessen U-Profil in die Hohlnut des Storen-Walzenrohres eingeschoben ist,
    • Fig. 2 zeigt in grösserem Massstab eine Schraube mit Hülse und Erweiterung.
  • Das biegsame Profil 5, z.B. aus Kunststoff, ist am Rand des Sonnentuches 7 mittels einer Naht 9 oder zwei parallelen Nähten so angenäht, dass der Tuchrand zwischen die U-Seitenstege 8 des Profils 5 zu liegen kommt. Das Profil 5 kann am Tuchrand auch angeschweisst sein.
  • Das Profil 5 hat einen annähernd ovalen bis kreisrunden Querschnitt, wobei die Seitenstege 8 gleichlang oder ungleichlang sein können und der verstärkte Mittelsteg 6 einen annähernd ovalen bis kreisrunden Querschnitt aufweisen kann. Zweckmässig besteht das Profil 5 aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff. So lässt sich die Lage des Tuches 7 zwischen den U-Seitenstegen 8 jederzeit ersehen. Auch ist ein durchsichtiges, farbloses Profil 5 unauffällig und kann für alle Tuchfarben verwendet werden. Mindestens eine Schraube 13 ist derart quer durch das U-Profil 5 geführt, dass nach Einschieben des U-Profils in die Hohlnut 1 der Schraubenkopf 14 von aussen zugänglich ist, während die Schraubenspitze 15 gegen den Mittelbereich des Hohlnutquerschnitts gerichtet ist. Beim Anziehen der Schraube 13 wird das U-Profil 5 so in die Hohlnut 1 eingeformt, dass es sich in Längsrichtung nicht mehr verschieben lässt. Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Schraube 13 von einer Hülse 16 mit Innengewinde umgeben ist. Weiter ist es von Vorteil, wenn diese Hülse 16 an ihrem inneren aus dem U-Profil 5 vorstehenden Ende an ihrem Aussenumfang eine Erweiterung 17 aufweist. Diese Erweiterung 17 verhindert, dass beim Anziehen der Schraube 13 die Hülse 16 rückwärts und schliesslich aus dem U-Profil 5 hinaus gedrückt wird. Obwohl die beschriebene Lösung die beste ist, wäre es möglich eine hülsenlose Schraube 13 an ihrer Spitze mit einer Schraubenmutter zu versehen, die ebenfalls verhindert, dass beim Anziehen der Schraube 13 diese rückwärts und schliesslich aus dem U-Profil 5 hinaus gedrückt wird.

Claims (4)

1. Storen-Sonnentuch zum Anbringen an einer Hohlnut [1] eines Storen-Walzenrohres [2] das eine Käderschnur in Form eines Profils [5] mit annähernd U-förmigem Querschnitt und verstärktem Mittelsteg [6] aufweist, wobei das U-Profil [5] so an mindestens einer Seite des Tuches [7] angebracht ist, dass der Rand des Tuches [7] zwischen die Seitenstege des U-Profils [5] zu liegen kommt und wobei das am Tuch [7] angebrachte U-Profil [5] in die Hohlnut [1] des Storen-Walzenrohres [2] einschiebbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Schraube [13] im U-Profil [5] der Käderschnur, die derart quer durch das U-Profil [5] geführt ist, dass nach Einziehen des U-Profils in die Hohlnut [1] der Schraubenkopf [14] von aussen zugänglich ist, während die Schraubenspitze [15] gegen den Mittelbereich des Hohlraumquerschnitts gerichtet ist, wobei bei Anziehen der Schraube [13] das U-Profil [5] so in die Hohlnut [1] eingeklemmt wird, dass es sich in Längsrichtung nicht mehr verschieben lässt.
2. Storen-Sonnentuch nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube [13] von einer Hülse [16] mit Innengewinde umgeben ist, in welcher sie schraubbar geführt ist.

Storen-Sonnentuch nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse [16] an ihrem inneren aus dem U-Profil [5] vorstehenden Ende an ihrem Aussenumfang eine Erweiterung [17] aufweist, die verhindert, dass beim Anziehen der Schraube [13] die Hülse [16] rückwärts und schliesslich aus dem U-Profil [5] hinaus gedrückt wird.
4. Storen-Sonnentuch nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube [13] an ihrer Spitze mit einer Schraubenmutter versehen ist, die verhindert, dass beim Anziehen der Schraube [13] diese rückwärts und schliesslich aus dem U-Profil [5] hinaus gedrückt wird.
