Claims (7)

1. Kücheneinrichtung mit einem Kochfeld (10), einem oberhalb des Kochfelds angeordneten Backofen (12) und einer Dunstabzugshaube, die einen unter dem Backofen angeordneten Dunstfänger (16), eine Dunstaustrittsöffnung (20) und einen zwischen dem Dunstfänger (16) und der Öffnung (20) angeordneten Lüftersatz (18) aufweist, wobei der Lüftersatz (18) oberhalb des Backofens (12) angeordnet und mit dem Dunstfänger (16) durch einen hinter der Rückwand (24) des Backofens (12) angeordneten senkrechten Kamin (22) verbunden ist und der Dunstfänger (16) eine flache Dunstfangkammer (30) aufweist, die sich über die gesamte Unterseite des Backofens (12) erstreckt und einerseits mit der Umgebung durch ein die untere Wand der Dunstfangkammer (30) bildendes ebenes Fettfangfilter (32) aus Metall und andererseits mit der Basis (34) des senkrechten Kamins (22) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Dunstfangkammer (30) eine Feuerschutzklappe (36) angeordnet ist, die um eine waagerechte Achse (38) zwischen einer normalen Betriebsstellung, in der sie durch einen verbrennbaren oder schmelzbaren Halter (40) vom Fettfangfilter (32) entfernt gehalten ist, und einer Alarmstellung, in welche sie nach Zerstörung des Halters (40) durch Schwerkraft fällt und in der sie die Verbindung zwischen dem Fettfangfilter (32) und der Basis (34) des senkrechten Kamins (22) unterbricht, schwenkbar gehalten ist.

Kücheneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feuerschutzklappe (36) in Eingriff steht mit der Betätigungstaste eines Schalters (42), der die elektrische Stromversorgung des Lüftersatzes (18) steuert, so daß die Bewegung der Feuerschutzklappe (36) aus ihrer normalen Betriebsstellung in ihre Alarmstellung das Öffnen dieses Schalters (42) und damit den Stillstand des Lüftersatzes (18) bewirkt.

Kücheneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dunstabzugshaube außerdem einen Kanal (44) zum Ansaugen der am oberen Teil der Tür (46) des Backofens (12) bei halb geöffneter Stellung dieser Tür austretenden Dämpfe aufweist, wobei sich dieser Kanal (44) oberhalb des Backofens (12) zwischen einer der Oberkante der Tür (46) benachbarten Ansaugöffnung (48) und dem Lüftersatz (18) erstreckt.
4. Kücheneinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Dunstansaugkanal (44) in waagerechter Richtung zwischen der Ansaugöffnung (48) und dem senkrechten Kamin (22) erstreckt.

Kücheneinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Backofen (12) doppelwandig ausgebildet ist, das heißt eine innere Muffel (52) und ein Außengehäuse (54) aufweist, zwischen denen ein Isolationsraum (56) vorhanden ist, wobei dieser Raum (56) einerseits mit der Umgebung durch an den Kanten der Vorderseite dieses Backofens (12) angeordnete Belüftungslöcher (58, 60) und andererseits mit dem Lüftersatz (18) durch Kanäle (62) in Verbindung steht, die mit im oberen Bereich des äußeren Gehäuses (54) ausgebildeten Löchern verbunden sind.
6. Kücheneinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mit Aktivkohle beschicktes Geruchsfilter (64) im Luftstrom zwischen dem senkrechten Kamin (22) und der Dunstaustrittsöffnung (20) angeordnet ist.
7. Kücheneinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dunstaustrittsöffnung (20) an der Rückseite der Einrichtung und das Geruchsfilter (64) an dieser Öffnung (20) in einer senkrechten Ebene angeordnet ist.
