Claims (6)

1. Procédé pour la fabrication de faisceaux de soies en matière plastique pour des brosses, balais, pinceaux ou analogues, consistant à produire des monofils continus, à grouper ceux-ci en un nombre correspond entièrement ou partiellement au nombre de soies dans le faisceau et à enrouler l'écheveau de faisceaux formé sur une bobine d'où l'écheveau de faisceaux est dévidé lors du traitement de manière cyclique ou continue et coupé à la longueur des soies, chaque faisceau de soies étant fixé avant ou après sur le corps de brosse, de balai ou de pinceaux, caractérisé en ce que l'écheveau de faisceaux formé lors de la réunion des monofils est torsadé et enroulé par bobinage croisé.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'écheveau de faisceaux torsadé est tout d'abord enroulé en une couche parallèle, dévidé de cet enroulement parallèle, puis enroulé selon le procédé de bobinage croisé.
3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs écheveaux de faisceaux torsadés sont enroulés simultanément sur une bobine selon le procédé de bobinage croisé.
4. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant une ou plusieurs lignes d'extrusion pour la fabrication de monofils continus, un dispositif pour réunir les monofils en un écheveau de faisceaux et un bobineur pour l'enroulement de l'écheveau de faisceaux, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif (11) pour torsader l'écheveau de faisceaux (5) et un bobinoir à fil croisé (6) avec dispositif d'alimentation (4) recevant l'écheveau de faisceaux torsadé (12), et en canette cylindrique ou conique sans bride (7 ou 16) de grand diamètre montée sur ledit bobinoir et recevant le bobinage croisé (8).
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les bobinages croisés (8, 17) sont autoporteurs.
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5 pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'en aval du dispositif de torsion (11) est installé un bobineur (13) destiné à former un enroulement parallèle (15) et que la bobine (14) de celui-ci peut être montée sur le dispositif d'alimentation (4) du bobinoir à fil croisé (6).
