Its cylindrical part of reduced diameter is provided with a first groove containing an O-ring seal 15 and a second groove arranged opposite a second complementary groove provided in the bore la. The assembly of the two grooves constitutes a toric cavity which is connected by a conduit 16 to a pouring nozzle 17. After fitting the jackets 14 of the pumping units in their bores, a plastic material was poured into the nozzle 17; this plastic material filled the toroidal cavities and formed in each of them a rod 18 which definitively fixes the jacket 14 in its bore.

- the cylindrical part of the piston has holes 20 uncovered or not depending on the position of the piston and adapted to put chamber 10 in communication with the interior of the piston.
- a return spring 21 which is interposed between a volume compensator 33 bearing on the bottom of the piston and a ring 22 immobilized in the jacket 14 by a metal rod 23.
- the ring 22 is pierced with an axial hole 24 and its face opposite the piston 19 forms a seat for a valve 25 which can close the hole 24.
- This valve is movable inside an opening 26 made with a milling cutter in a nozzle outlet 27 which is fitted into the jacket 14 and is immobilized in position by a pin 28.
- the valve 25 is subjected to the opposing actions of the pressure inside the piston and of a return spring 29 bearing on the end cap 27.
- the jacket 14 is immobilized by a metal rod 30. It is thus possible, if desired, to remove the jacket and replace it with a plug 32, as shown in Figure 4 Furthermore, the jacket 14 does not have a shoulder and is in abutment against the spacer ring 7.
