Abstract

Das erfindungsgemäße Geduldsspiel besteht aus einer an beiden Enden geschlossenen Doppelnadel (2) und einer Kette (1) mit einer kleinen Anzahl Kettengliedern (3), wobei jedes Kettenglied aus einem eingeschnürten und C-förmig gebogenen Ring derart geformt ist, daß es zwei übereinanderliegende Maschen (4, 5) bildet, die auf einer Seite durch ,die Einschnürung (6) verbunden sind und auf der anderen Seite durch einen Spalt (7) von mehr als Drahtdicke getrennt sind, und wobei jeweils die Maschen (4, 5) eines Kettengliedes die Einschnürung (6) des anschließenden Kettengliedes umfassen und wobei die Doppelnadel (2) die Einschnürung (6) mindestens eines Kettengliedes (3) umschließt und ihre Schenkel von einer der Maschen (4, 5) dieses Kettengliedes umgriffen und verschiebbar geführt sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Geduldsspiel aus ringförmigen Drahtelementen, die ineinandergefügt und voneinander getrennt werden können.
  • Bekannt sind Geduldsspiele aus z.B. zwei Ringen, die nur bei Auffinden einer richtigen gegenseitigen Stellung voneinander getrennt bzw. wieder ineinandergefügt werden können. Das Auffinden dieser richtigen Stellung bzw. des richtigen Bewegungsablaufes nimmt zwar geraume Zeit und Geschicklichkeit in Anspruch. Ist die Lösung erst einmal gefunden, so geht das Ineinanderfügen bzw. Trennen mit einem einzigen raschen Hand-Glawe, Delfs, Moll & Partner - p 10775/83 EU - Seite 2 griff vonstatten, so daß das Spiel dann keinen weiteren Spielreiz mehr bietet.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Spiel der genannten Art als Geduldsspiel auszubilden, bei dem sowohl das Auffinden des Lösungsweges als auch bei bekanntem Lösungsweg die Durchführung der richtigen Bewegungsabfolge eine gewisse Zeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Geduld erfordert.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Geduldsspiel besteht aus einer an beiden Enden geschlossenen Doppelnadel und einer Kette mit einer kleinen Anzahl Kettengliedern, wobei jedes Kettenglied aus einem eingeschnürten und C-förmig gebogenen Ring derart geformt ist, daß es zwei übereinanderliegende Maschen bildet, die auf einer Seite durch die Einschnürung verbunden sind und auf der anderen Seite durch einen Spalt von mehr als Drahtdicke getrennt sind, und wobei jeweils die Maschen eines Kettengliedes die Einschnürung des anschließenden Kettengliedes umfassen und wobei die Doppelnadel die Einschnürung mindestens eines Kettengliedes umschließt und ihre Schenkel von einer der Maschen dieses Kettengliedes umgriffen und verschiebbar geführt sind.

  • Die Spielmöglichkeit besteht darin, daß jedes Kettenglied in die Doppelnadel eingehängt werden kann, in dem diese mit einem ihrer Schenkel durch den Spalt zwischen den beiden Maschen des Kettengliedes hindurchgeführt wird und dann dessen Einschnürung umschließt. Auf umgekehrtem Wege ist das Kettenglied wieder aushängbar.' Dieses Ein- und Aushängen ist aber nur für das vorderste Glied der Kette jederzeit möglich. Für jedes andere Kettenglied ist das Ein- oder Aushängen nur dann möglich, wenn das jeweils vorausgehende Kettenglied in die Doppelnadel eingehängt, jedes noch weiter vorne liegende Kettenglied aber ausgehängt ist. Für das Ein- oder Aushängen eines bestimmten, z.B. des letzten Kettengliedes ist es daher nötig, durch eine bestimmte Reihenfolge von Ein-und Aushängevorgängen das dem betreffenden Kettenglied vorangehende Kettenglied in die eingehängte Stellung und alle vor diesem liegenden Kettenglieder in die ausgehängte Stellung zu bringen. Durch systematisches Durchlaufen der verschiedenen möglichen Stellungen können z.B. sämtliche Kettenglieder in die Doppelnadel eingehängt oder aber die Kette vollständig von der Doppelnadel gelöst werden.

  • Die Zahl der insgesamt zu durchlaufenden verschiedenen Stellungen steigt exponentiell mit der Zahl der Kettenglieder an. Diese beträgt vorzugsweise vier bis acht Kettenglieder.
  • Die Kettenglieder können vorzugsweise so gestaltet sein, daß sie sich nach Lösen der Kette von der Doppelnadel voneinander trennen lassen. Um zu verhindern, daß dies auch möglich ist, wenn die Kette in die Doppelnadel eingehängt ist, ist vorzugsweise das vorderste Kettenglied größer als die übrigen Kettenglieder ausgebildet.
  • Eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.
    • Fig. 1 zeigt schematisch das Geduldsspiel in der gebrauchsfertigen Stellung.
    • Fig. 2 zeigt stark vergrößert ein einzelnes Kettenglied.
    • Fig. 3 zeigen schematisch das Einhängen des Ketten-4 und 5 gliedes in die Doppelnadel.

    • Fig. 6 zeigen die eingehängte bzw. ausgehängte und 7 Stellung eines in die Kette eingefügten Kettengliedes relativ zur Doppelnadel.
  • Gemäß Fig. 1 besteht das Geduldsspiel aus einer Kette 1 und einer Doppelnadel 2. Die Kette wird ihrerseits von einer Anzahl Kettengliedern 3 gebildet, von denen eines in Fig. 2 vergrößert dargestellt ist. Das Kettenglied ist von einem Ring gebildet, der eingeschnürt und dann senkrecht zu seiner Ebene C-förmig gebogen ist, so daß er zwei übereinanderliegende Maschen 4, 5 bildet, die auf einer Seite durch die Einschnürung 6 miteinander verbunden sind und auf der anderen Seite zwischen sich einen Spalt 7 bilden. Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, umfaßt dieses Kettenglied mit seinen Maschen 4, 5 die Einschnürung 6 des jeweils vorangehenden Kettengliedes. Die Einschnürung des letzten Kettengliedes 3' wird von der Doppelnadel 2 umschlossen. Das vorderste Kettenglied 3'' ist größer als die übrigen Kettenglieder ausgebildet.
  • Gemäß Fig. 3 bis 5 wird ein Kettenglied 3 in die Doppelnadel 2 in der Weise eingehängt, daß die Doppelnadel von oben und von der Seite her über die eine seitliche Ausbuchtung der oberen Masche 4 geführt und ihr Glawe, Delfs, Moll & Partner - p 10775/83 EU - Seite 6
  • einer Schenkel durch den Spalt 7 zwischen den Maschen hindurchgeführt wird. Man erhält die Stellung gemäß Fig. 4, in der die Doppelnadel die Einschnürung 6 des Kettengliedes 3 umfaßt. Aus dieser Stellung kann die Doppelnadel 2 nach vorne durch die obere Masche,4 hindurchgeführt werden, so daß ihre beiden Schenkel von der Masche 4 seitlich umgriffen und verschiebbar geführt werden (Fig. 5). Diese Stellung gemäß Fig. 5 wird als die eingehängte Stellung des Kettengliedes 3 bezeichnet.
  • Gemäß Fig. 6 und 7 kann ein Kettenglied 3 relativ zur Doppelnadel 3 die eingehängte Stellung (Fig. 6) oder die ausgehängte Stellung (Fig. 7) einnehmen, und zwar unabhängig davon, ob die jeweils benachbarten Kettenglieder in der eingehängten Stellung (Fig. 6 und 7) oder in der ausgehängten Stellung sind. Der Übergang von der Stellung nach Fig. 6 und 7 ist aber nur dann möglich, wenn das dem betreffenden Kettenglied 3 vorangehende Kettenglied 3a in der eingehängten Stellung ist und zwar bei völlig zurückgezogener Stellung der Doppelnadel gemäß Fig. 4, und wenn außerdem eventuell noch weiter vorne liegende Kettenglieder in der ausgehängten Stellung sind.

  • Ausgehend von der Stellung nach Fig. 1 muß zur Lösung des Geduldsspiels die Doppelnadel 2 zuerst durch die obere Masche des letzten Kettengliedes 3' hindurchgesteckt werden (Stellung nach Fig. 5) und dann nach vorne bis zum vordersten Kettenglied 3" durchgeschoben werden. Man bringt dann das vorderste' Kettenglied 3" durch die in Fig. 3, 4 und 5 dargestellte Bewegungsfolge in den eingehängten Zustand und kann dann dasselbe unter Zurückziehen der Nadel mit dem zweiten Kettenglied 3 tun. Um auch das dritte Kettenglied einhängen zu können, muß zuvor das erste Kettenglied in den ausgehängten Zustand gebracht werden. Auf diese Weise kann man schrittweise vorgehen, um schließlich in eine Stellung zu gelangen, in der sämtliche Kettenglieder in der eingehängten Stellung sich befinden. Danach kann man, wieder vom vordersten Kettenglied 3" anfangen, die Kettenglieder in den ausgehängten Zustand zu bringen, bis schließlich nur noch das vorletzte Kettenglied sich in der eingehängten Stellung befindet. Dann kann das letzte Kettenglied 3' ausgehängt werden, und schließlich kann, wieder von vorne beginnend, durch Ein- und Aushängen der übrigen Kettenglieder die Kette 1 völlig von der Doppelnadel 2 getrennt werden. Anschließend kann die Kette, beginnend mit dem letzten Kettenglied 3', in ihre einzelnen Kettenglieder zerlegt werden.

  • In der Größen-, Material- und farbmäßigen Gestaltung des Geduldsspiels besteht weitgehende Freiheit. Das Geduldsspiel kann auch, evtl. unter Verringerung der Zahl der Kettenglieder, so ausgestaltet sein, daß es gleichzeitig als Schlüsselanhänger, Gürtel- oder Kleiderschnalle oder Brosche dient, wobei man in diesem Fall auf die Wahl von besonders wertvollem und/oder dekorativem Material achten wird. Auch kann durch verschiedenfarbige Gestaltung von Doppelnadel und Kette bzw. der einzelnen Kettenglieder sowohl der Spielreiz als auch die dekorative Wirkung erhöht werden.

Claims (3)

1. Geduldsspiel aus ringförmigen Drahtelementen, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß es aus einer an beiden Enden geschlossenen Doppelnadel (2) und einer Kette (1) mit einer kleinen Anzahl Kettengliedern (3) besteht, wobei jedes Kettenglied (3) von einem eingeschnürten und C-förmig gebogenen Ring derart geformt ist, daß es zwei übereinanderliegende Maschen (4, 5) bildet, die auf einer Seite durch die Einschnürung (6) verbunden sind und auf der anderen Seite durch einen Spalt (7), dessen Breite größer als die Drahtdicke der Doppelnadel ist, getrennt sind, und wobei jeweils die Maschen (4, 5) eines Kettengliedes (3) die Einschnürung (6) des anschließenden Kettengliedes umfassen und wobei die Doppelnadel (2) die Einschnürung (6) mindestens eines Kettengliedes (3') umschließt und ihre beiden Schenkel von einer der Maschen (4) dieses Kettengliedes umgriffen und verschiebbar geführt sind.
2. Geduldsspiel nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Kettenglieder bei von der Doppelnadel gelöster Kette voneinander trennbar sind.
3. Geduldsspiel nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das vorderste Kettenglied (3') größer als die anderen Kettenglieder (3) ausgebildet ist.
