Claims (10)

1. Dispositif pour séparer des piles de produits pliés (1) décalées mutuellement transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport, ces piles étant transportées sur un transporteur de préférence sous la forme d'une bande en écailles (4), le dispositif comportant, le long d'un tronçon (9) du transporteur, des organes de maintien qui sont disposés des deux côtés de la bande de produits, agencés pour saisir le bord libre (2) des piles décalées respectivement de leur côté, et entraînés à des vitesses respectives présentant des composantes égales dans ladite direction de transport, l'un au moins de ces organes de maintien présentant une composante de vitesse transversale par rapport à ladite direction de transport, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits organes de maintien présentant une composante de vitesse transversale est constitué par un convoyeur à bandes (13) dont l'extrémité avant, dans la direction de transport, est déportée latéralement vers l'extérieur par rapport à la direction de transport et qui comporte une fente de serrage (14) rectiligne qui reçoit le bord décalé correspondant de la bande de produits et qui est délimitée par des bandes de serrage (10 et 11) opposées les unes aux autres et circulant à des vitesses égales.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les tronçons respectivement opposés des bandes de serrage correspondant (10 et 11) sont épaulés par des organes d'appui disposés entre les organes de renvoi des bandes et constitués de préférence par des galets d'appui (27) montés de manière à tourner librement, les organes d'appui opposés les uns aux autres (galets 27) le long des bandes de serrage correspondantes (10 et 11) étant décalés les uns par rapport aux autres dans la direction de transport.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites organes d'appui (galets 27) sont montés de manière réglable.
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des organes de renvoi de chaque bande de serrage (10 et 11) est monté de manière réglable, et de préférence de manière élastique.
5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des bandes de serrage, et de préférence toutes les bandes de serrage (10 et 11) de chacun desdits convoyeurs à bandes (12, 13) sont constituées par des courroies crantées montées sur des roues crantées et reliées les unes aux autres de préférence par une paire de roues dentées (19 et 21) disposée à proximité d'au moins une paire de roues crantées.

Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un convoyeur à bandes parallèle à la direction de transport et un autre convoyeur à bandes (13) déporté latéralement vers l'extérieur par rapport à celui-ci, et en ce que les deux convoyeurs à bandes (12 et 13) comportent des organes d'appui identiques délimitant la fente de serrage respective (14).
7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits convoyeurs à bandes (12 et 13) sont reliés, au niveau de l'entraînement, avec l'entraînement d'un appareil de pliage, de préférence par une bande de sortie (5) de l'appareil de pliage.

Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur à bandes (13) déporté latéralement vers l'extérieur par rapport à la direction de transport est pourvu d'un entraînement par arbre à cardan (22), lequel est entraîné au moyen d'un organe de transmission (courroie crantée 23) de préférence par un rouleau (6) voisin de ladite bande de sortie (5).
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'une des bandes de serrage (10) du convoyeur (12) parallèle à la direction de transport est adaptée directement sur un rouleau (6) voisin de ladite bande de sortie (5).
10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les produits pliés sont supportés, au moins dans la zone en forme de coin adjacente au convoyeur (13) déporté latéralement par rapport à la direction de transport, par une tôle stationnaire en forme de coin (16) et/ou par des bandes de support raccourcies (17).
