- a kit of parts for carrying out the method according to the invention comprises a plurality of prefabricated building elements which have longitudinal grooves along their edges, a plurality of templates, each adapted to be fitted into a groove, said templates being provided with apertures, positioned at predetermined points coinciding with through apertures in said elements, said apertures being adapted to receive alignment bushes, and screw threaded securing bars adapted to pass through adjacent said elements to connect the same.

Furthermore the simple manner of obtaining a correct alignment is important, such that the assembly and erecting can be done by unskilled labour, if any.
