Claims (7)

1. Procédé de formation d'un film de liquide sur une planche, en particulier un film de colle et durcisseur sur une planche (2), de préférence allongée, destinée à la fabrication de charpentes en bois, par coulée d'au moins un liquide, au moyen d'au moins un récipient distributeur (6) disposé au-dessus de la planche et transversalement à sa direction de déplacement, récipient dont la largeur va en diminuant en allant vers la planche, le film de liquide étant de même largeur ou de largeur supérieure à la planche et la planche (2) se déplaçant avantageusement sous le récipient distributeur (6), et le liquide étant. distribué par le récipient (6) sous forme d'un rideau en chute, caractérisé par le fait que les parois longitudinales (7, 7') du récipient distributeur (6) sont agencées en forme de crible de manière que le liquide, après le passage, forme une surface continue sur la face externe du crible ou tôle perforée et forme le rideau en chute depuis la zone la plus basse.
2. Procédé de formation d'un film de colle et durcisseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'on fait couler la colle et le durcisseur séparément l'un de l'autre, la colle en excès et le durcisseur étant renvoyés au récipient distributeur (1) au moyen de pompes (5).
3. Procédé de formation d'un film de colle et durcisseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'on fait couler un mélange colle- durcisseur.
4. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, constitué par des récipients de stockage (1) d'au moins un liquide, en particulier de colle ou bien de durcisseur, et les récipients distributeurs, situés au-dessus de la planche (2) et reliés par des conduits aux récipients de stockage correspondants, des récipients de récolte (3) situés sous la planche, ainsi qu'éventuellement un conduit de communication (4) pour le recyclage de la colle ou du durcisseur respectivement et une pompe (5) montée sur le conduit de communication respectif, au moins un des récipients distributeurs étant en forme d'auge (6) dont la largeur va en diminuant en allant vers la planche, caractérisé par le fait que ses parois longitudinales (7, 7') sont en forme de crible et présentent à leur zone la plus basse, une arête d'écoulement (8).
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient distributeur (6) possède la forme d'un prisme à trois faces, les deux parois latérales inclinées (7, 7') représentant le crible ou tôle perforée dont la ligne d'intersection forme l'arête d'écoulement (8) et la face supérieure fermée du récipient distributeur étant munie d'un organe d'entrée (11).

Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'aux deux extrémités de l'arête d'écoulement se trouvent des barreaux (9, 9') rigides ou élastiques dirigés vers le bas, et agissant de manière connue en soi, qui guident et stabilisent sur ses bords le film de colle et durcisseur.
7. Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'aux deux extrémités de l'arête d'écoulement, se trouvent, sous forme de trous ou fentes, des orifices de sortie (10, 10') particuliers, réglables en grosseur, et d'où sortent, par unité de temps, plus de colle et durcisseur que par les orifices du crible ou tôle perforée plus petits, deux bandes de colle et durcisseur, qui limitent le film de colle et durcisseur, assurant le guidage et la stabilisation du film sur ses bords.
