Description
The invention relates to a load platform, preferably for the transport of furniture and the like, which has a platform floor and, if appropriate, side walls delimiting it.
Load platforms of this type are known, which are arranged, for example, on inclined elevators and with the aid of which materials of the most varied types are transported from lower-lying loading points to higher-lying unloading points or vice versa. With the aid of load platforms of this type, furniture is transported directly into buildings via window openings or the like, even bypassing inaccessible stairwells or bypassing elevators not suitable for the transport of larger piece goods. Doing the disadvantage of the known devices is that the floor of the load platform reached right up to the window opening, but bridging this window opening to the inside of the room was not possible or only with great difficulty.
The object of the invention is to eliminate this disadvantage, i.e. to design a load platform, in particular for the transport of furniture, in such a way that the position of its loading area can be changed in the horizontal direction, i.e. that, for example, the loading area can be moved from a position outside a window opening into a position inside a window opening.
The invention solves the problem with a load bed of the type mentioned in that a telescopic guide, preferably a multiple telescopic guide is arranged on the underside of the platform floor, such that an output stage of the telescopic guide with the platform floor and the second output stage of the telescopic guide with a movable platform truck or the like . connected is. With the help of such a device, it is possible to load the loading platform supported on the platform truck in a basic position, to then move it, for example, on the guide of an inclined elevator, and at the end of the process to move the actual loading area of the cargo platform horizontally with respect to the carrying platform truck.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention The telescopic guide is designed as a double telescopic guide, the parts of the telescopic guide which can be moved relative to one another being fixed in their end position and, if appropriate, also in intermediate positions with respect to one another. The fixing can be done by a locking bolt that fits into corresponding recesses of the mutually displaceable parts of the telescopic guide.
In a preferred embodiment, the invention is used for a load platform for inclined elevators, preferably for the transport of furniture, which can be supported on a platform truck in different angular positions, the platform truck in turn being movably arranged on a guide, preferably on an extendable guide for an inclined elevator, whereby In this case, the invention is characterized in that a telescopic guide, preferably a multiple telescopic guide, is arranged on the underside of the platform floor of the load platform, such that an output stage of the telescopic guide is connected to the platform floor and the second output stage of the telescopic guide is connected to the platform truck. A double telescope guide is also used for this preferred application.
The double telescopic guide can be designed in such a way that the one bottom stage of the platform bottom arranged an output stage of the telescopic guide by an oppositely bent angle plate, the second end stage of the telescopic guide arranged on the support frame of the platform truck is formed by a substantially U-shaped angle plate and the intermediate stage guided between the two output stages has a box profile with a slot opening for the passage of the platform base-side output stage. The intermediate stage is preferably guided on rollers relative to the final stages, the intermediate stage simultaneously having the bearings for the rollers.
In this case, the above-mentioned locking bolt covers both output stages and the intermediate stage. It can be seen that in such an embodiment the load platform with the platform base-side output stage can be moved approximately transversely to the actual direction of movement of the platform truck in the telescopic guide; In this way, for example, pieces of furniture can be moved into the interior of the building through a window opening.
In a known manner, the load platform has fold-down side walls which delimit the platform floor on all sides, but here, according to the invention, the side wall on the unloading side is designed as a stop or grip element for moving the load platform. In the case of the aforementioned use of the load platform in connection with an inclined lift, a particular independent idea is seen in the fact that the upper free edges of the foldable side walls projecting laterally from the platform base are provided with a railing-like border that leaves open passages. This border is designed as a tubular profile and serves on the one hand as a grip strip for the operating personnel, and on the other hand such a design of the border enables inexpensive fastening of fastening belts and the like.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.
