Claims (7)

1 - Installation de coulée continue permettant de couler, au choix, soit une barre possédant une section de brame, soit au moins deux barres de plus petite section, comprenant une lingotière à plaques assemblées qui est munie d'un caisson à eau (1) portant les parois des petits côtés et des grands côtés (4, 5, 10), et dans laquelle, pour la coulée au moins deux barres, on prévoit entre les parois des petits côtés (10), des parois intermédiaires de petits côtés supplémentaires (11), caractérisée en ce que, pour la coulée d'au moins deux barres de plus petite section, les parois des grands côtés de la lingotière qui sert à couler une barre possédant une section de brame sont remplacées par des parois de grands côtés (4, 5) dont les plaques de cuivre (7) sont divisées dans la direction de la longueur de la barre, entre les parois de petits côtés (10) situées en bout, chacune par au moins un évidement (6), et en ce que, dans les évidements (6) sont montées, face aux parois des petits côtés (10), les parois intermédiaires de petits côtés supplémentaires (11) qui prennent appui à l'intérieur dans les évidements (6), contre les structures d'aopui (2, 3) des plaques de cuivre (7) des parois des grands côtés (4, 5).
2 - Installation de coulée continue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les parois intermédiaires des petits côtés (11) sont appuyées dans leur région d'extrémité inférieure, chacune au moyen d'axes d'articulation (12) qui font saillie dans les parois intermédiaires (11) des petits côtés, qui sont disposés dans la région des évidements (6) et qui sont fixés à la structure d'appui (2, 3), tandis que, dans leur région d'extrémité supérieure, elles sont fixées aux structures d'appui (2, 3) au moyen de vis de réglage (15, 16) qui traversent des pattes (14) des parois intermédiaires (11) des petits côtés et qui font saillie latéralement dans les évidements (8).
3 - Installation de coulée continue selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les parois des petits côtés et des grands côtés (10, 4, 5) ainsi que les parois intermédiaires des petits côtés (11) forment, avec leurs structures d'appui (2, 3) de la lingotière prévue pour au moins deux barres de petite section, un sous-ensemble qui peut être démonté de l'installation et monté dans cette installation, et qui correspond, sous l'aspect de ses dimensions extérieures et de ses cotes de raccordement, à un sous-ensemble prévu pour une barre du format de section de brame qui peut être monté dans l'installation et démonté de cette installation.
4 - Installation de coulée continue selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les structures d'appui (2, 3), qui sont prévues pour les plaques de cuivre (7) des parois des grands côtés (4, 5) qui sont disposées en alignement sur un côté, sont réalisées en une seule pièce, en s'étendant sur toute la longueur des plaques de cuivre (7) disposées en alignement.
5 - Installation de coulée continue selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les structures d'appui (2,3) des parois des grands côtés (4, 5) sont divisées par l'évidement (8), chacune en deux parties de structure d'appui (2', 2", 3', 3") indépendantes l'une de l'autre.
6 - Installation de coulée continue selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que des rouleaux de pied (21), affectés aux grands côtés des barres et montés sous la face inférieure de la lingotière prévue pour au moins deux barres de petite section, sont intercalés en hauteur entre les rouleaux de pied (22) affectés aux petits côtés des barres et tourillonnent dans des supports de rouleaux de pied (23) d'une seule pièce, disposés au-dessous des parois intermédiaires des petits côtés (11).
7 - Installation de coulée continue selon les revendications 1 ou 3 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les parois intermédiaires de petits côtés (11) sont encastrées dans leur région supérieure, au moyen de lanquettes (25) qui font saillie latéralement, dans les évidements (8), dans des rainures (26) des structures d'appui (2, 3) qui correspondent à ces languettes.
