Claims (7)

1. 2. Machine à trancher le bois de placage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les saillies (67) comprennent des moyens de ressort (130) poussant élastiquement le crampon intermédiaire (72) vers l'une au moins de ces positions en saillie ou rétractée.
3. Machine à trancher le bois de placage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les saillies (76) comprennent un mécanisme de piston et cylindre (110, 114) destiné à faire sortir le crampon intermédiaire (72) dans sa position en saillie, et des moyens de ressorts (130) poussant élastiquement le crampon intermédiaire vers sa position rétractée.
4. Machine à trancher le bois de placage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de monture (74) comprennent une barre de support (80) montée sur la table de support de flèche de bois (16), la barre de support comprenant une cavité (86) destinée à recevoir le crampon intermédiaire (72) de façon que ce crampon intermédiaire soit libre de se déplacer suivant une trajectoire perpendiculaire au plan de la surface de monture (17), un châssis (88) limitant un mouvement du crampon intermédiaire, et des moyens (94) permettant de fixer le châssis à la barre de support.
5. Machine à trancher le bois de placage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le crampon intermédiaire (72) comporte un bloc de blocage (98) et une paire de mâchoires (106) montées sur le bloc de blocage pour venir en contact avec les surfaces adjacentes tournées vers l'intérieur des sections de flèche de bois (78, 79).
6. Procédé de montage d'une flèche de bois sur une machine à trancher le bois de placage du type comprenant une table à déplacement alternatif de support de flèche de bois (16) formant une surface de de monture (17) pour une flèche de bois, un ensemble de couteau (58) et de barre de pression (60) pouvant se déplacer le long d'une trajectoire perpendiculaire à la surface de monture, et un premier et second crampon (22, 24) destinés à bloquer la flèche de bois et à la maintenir contre la partie centrale de la surface de monture, procédé caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les différentes étapes consistant à placer une première section de flèche de bois (78) sur une surface de monture (17) entre le premier crampon et un troisième crampon (72) placé dans une position intermédiaire entre le premier et second crampon, à placer une second section de flèche de bois (79) sur la surface de monture entre le second crampon et le troisième crampon, et à déplacer le premier et second crampon vers la partie centrale de la surface de monture, de façon que le premier et le troisième crampon viennent bloquer les parties opposées de la première section de flèche de bois, et que le second et troisième crampon viennent bloquer les parties opposées de la seconde section de la flèche de bois.
7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le premier crampon se déplace vers la partie centrale de la surface de monture pour bloquer la première section de pièce de bois avant que la seconde section de pièce de bois soit placée sur la surface de monture, et en ce que le second crampon se déplace vers la partie centrale de la surface de monture après que la seconde section de flèche de bois ait été placée sur la surface de monture, pour bloquer cette seconde section de flèche de bois.
