Abstract

Le support est constitué par un plateau, qui porte en son centre un élément servant au centrage de la base du tronc de l'arbre, du mât, du piquet, et qui est porté par au moins trois pieds s'étendant d'une part sous le plateau pour prendre appui au sol et d'autre part au-dessus du plateau, où les extrémités supérieures desdits pieds sont susceptibles de se rapprocher pour enserrer le tronc grâce à un montage pivotant des pieds sur le plateau. Les axes de pivotement des pieds sont constitués par des tangentes à un cercle dont le centre se trouve sur l'axe central du plateau.

Description

  • La présente invention est relative à un pied de support pour arbre de Noël, mât ou piquet de toutes sortes à supporter verticalement.
  • On connaît déjà divers types de pieds pour sapins de Noël ou analogue mais la plupart sont soit de placement peu aisé, soit difficilement applicables à n'importe quel tronc de sapin ou autres.
  • Un objet de l'invention est de réaliser un support, qui s'adapte à n'importe quel diamètre de tronc de sapin de Noël, mât ou piquet.
  • Un autre objet de l'invention est de réaliser un support, qui peut être utilisé sans nécessiter un retaillage de la base du tronc, du mât ou du piquet.
  • Un pied support conforme à l'invention, d'un placement très simple, se caractérise en ce qu'il est constitué par un plateau qui porte en son centre un élément servant au centrage de la base du tronc de l'arbre du mât ou du piquet, et qui est porté par au moins trois pieds s'étendant d'une part sous le plateau pour prendre appui au sol et d'autre part au-dessus du plateau, où les extrémités supérieures desdits pieds sont susceptibles de se rapprocher pour enserrer le tronc de l'arbre grâce à un montage pivotant des pieds sur le plateau.
  • Suivant l'invention, les axes de pivotement des pieds sont constitués par des tangentes à un cercle dont le centre se trouve sur l'axe central du plateau.
  • Suivant une réalisation avantageuse de l'invention, l'élément servant au centrage de la base du tronc de l'arbre, du mât ou du piquet, est constitué par un élément saillant aigu sur lequel est embroché le tronc à supporter.
  • Pour mieux faire comprendre l'invention, celle-ci est décrite ci-après sur la base du dessin annexé, à titre d'exemple uniquement, montrant en :
    • Figure 1 une vue en élévation d'un support conforme à l'invention portant un sapin de Noël, et
    • Figure 2 une vue en plan du support de sapin de Noël de figure 1.
  • Comme on le voit au dessin, le support est constitué par un plateau 1 portant en son centre un organe de centrage pour la base du tronc de l'arbre 2, cet organe étant ici un élément aigu 3 saillant vers le haut.
  • Comme organe de centrage on peut prévoir d'autres réalisations, telles que par exemple une cuvette faisant saillie sur le plateau ou encore encastrée dans le plateau. Il a cependant paru avantageux d'utiliser un organe de centrage tel que 3 pour que le support puisse s'adapter à n'importe quelle base de tronc sans nécessiter de retaillage.
  • Le plateau 1 est porté par une série de pieds 4, ici au nombre de trois. Ces pieds s'étendent d'une part sous le plateau pour prendre appui au sol ou sur tout autre endroit où est destiné à être disposé le sapin de Noël. Ils s'étendent d'autre part au-dessus du plateau, où ils se terminent en forme de pointe 5 ou éventuellement, de crampons quels qu'ils soient, rapportés ou fixés aux pieds.
  • Les pieds sont constitués par des éléments plats de configuration particulière avec une branche supérieure 4' s'incurvant vers l'intérieur et avec une branche inférieure 4" s'incurvant vers l'extérieur, lorsqu'ils sont montés sur le plateau.
  • Ces éléments plats ou pieds 4 sont montés sur le plateau d'une manière pivotante telle que leur axe de pivotement 6 se confond avec une tangente à un cercle imaginaire 7, dont le centre correspond avec le centre du plateau, de telle manière qu'en pivotant les extrémités supérieures en pointes 5 des pieds 4 ont tendance à se rapprocher.
  • Les axes 6 des pieds 4 sont portés sur le plateau 1 par des pattes 8 judicieusement découpées dans ledit plateau et repliées à la verticale. Ce procédé de fixation peut être modifié pour augmenter, si nécessaire, l'efficacité du support.
  • Les axes de pivotement 6 sont constitués par des éléments de serrage 9, tels que boulons avec écrous ordinaires, écrous papillons ou écrous autobloquants, rivets, goupilles, charnières, etc.
  • Pour le placement d'un tronc d'arbre 2 sur le support, on embroche la base du tronc sur l'organe saillant pointu 3, après écartement des branches supérieures 4' des pieds 4, on rapproche ensuite ces branches supérieures jusqu'à ce que leur sommet pointu 5 vienne en contact avec le tronc 2. On appuie alors verticalement sur le tronc et le serrage s'effectue automatiquement. La stabilité de l'ensemble est donnée par l'arbre lui- même, dont le poids agissant vers le bas sur la plaque 1 tient fermement les branches inférieures 4" des pieds 4 écartées.
  • Le support peut être réalisé en toute matière appropriée rigide, telle que métal, bois, plastique, etc.
  • On a représenté et décrit ci-dessus un support avec trois pieds et une conformation de pieds particulière mais il est bien entendu qu'on ne sortirait pas du domaine de l'invention en modifiant le nombre de pieds ou leur conformation dans le cadre des revendications annexées.

Claims (5)

1. Support pour arbre de Noël, mât ou piquet de toutes sortes à supporter verticalement, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par un plateau (1), qui porte en son centre un élément (3) servant au centrage de la base du tronc de l'arbre (2), du mât ou du piquet et qui est porté par au moins trois pieds (4) s'étendant d'une part sous le plateau (1) pour prendre appui au sol et d'autre part au-dessus du plateau, où les extrémités supérieures desdits pieds (4) sont susceptibles de se rapprocher pour enserrer le tronc gràce'à un montage pivotant des pieds sur le plateau.
2. Support suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les axes de pivotement (6) des pieds (4) sont constitués par des tangentes à un cercle (7), dont le centre se trouve sur l'axe central du plateau.
3. Support suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pieds (4) sont conformés vers leur sommet (4') avec une forme évasée vers l'intérieur, et vers leur base (4") avec une forme évasée vers l'extérieur.
4. Support suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure (4') des pieds (4) se termine par un organe d'accrochage (5).
5. Support suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (3) servant au centrage de la base du tronc de l'arbre (2), du mât ou du piquet est constitué par un élément saillant aigu sur lequel est embroché le tronc à supporter.
