Abstract
Die Schreibrohre und/oder Reinigungsdrähte für die
Schriebspitze von Tuschefullhaltern, die aus einem Grund
körper aus Chromnickelstahl bestehen, werden mit einer
äußeren, verschleißhemmenden Oberflächenschicht unter
Anwendung eines Boridverfahrens versehen. Die Bildung
der Boride erfolgt durch ein Pulver-Gasphasen-DIffusions
verfahren unter Verwendung eines getrockneten Borid-
Pulvers bzw. - Granulats, wobei der Zutritt von Sauerstoff
vor, während und nach der Behandlung verhindert ist. Die
Behandlung kann dabei unter Schutzgas oder normalen
atmosphärischen Bedingungen erfolgen.
