Claims (3)

1. Sac en une pellicule de matière thermoplastique transmarente telle que le polyéthylène, comprenant une partie (2a, 2b) formant poche, un rabat (7) qui est apte à être replié par-dessus l'ouverture de la partie formant poche et une bande (8) adhésive fixée sur le sac et constituée d'une bande d'adhésif et d'une feuille (8a) de couverture formant barrière, la feuille de couverture formant barrière étant amovible pour exposer la bande d'adhésif, cet adhésif étant apte à fixer le rabat sur la partie formant poche lorsque le premier est replié sur la seconde afin de maintenir le sac fermé, le côté du sac adjacent à l'ouverture où le rabat recouvre la partie formant poche lorsque le sac est fermé étant pourvu d'une impression de garantie, caractérisé en ce que l'impression de garantie (10) est imprimée au moyen d'une encre comprenant un colorant constitué d'un mélange de matières tinctoriales solubles, et d'un mélange de solvants, cette impression de garantie pouvant être dissoute dans un solvant qui rend l'adhésif (8) poisseux et est stuée de façon que l'adhésif (8) entre en contact avec elle lorsque le sac est fermé, l'impression de garantie (10) et l'adhésif (8) étant amenés ensemble de manière que toute tentative pour ouvrir l'ouverture du sac par l'application d'un tel solvant sur l'adhésif provoque l'entrée en contact du solvant avec l'impression et un brouillage de celle-ci, la couleur de l'impression de garantie étant modifiée pour fournir à travers le rabat transparent une indication que le sac a été violé.
2. Sac suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le solvant est constitué par un mélange d'alcool éthylique et d'hydrocarbures aliphatiques et aromatiques.
3. Sac suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une impression de garantie (9) est appliquée sur les bords du sac et est imprimée au moyen de la même encre que l'impression de garantie (10) prévue sur le côté du sac qui est adjacent à l'ouverture de celui-ci.
