Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for removing and depositing flat parts, in particular textile parts.
- a loading and unloading device for flat textile parts in which a system of guide rails is suspended above the lay-up station of a fixing machine, on which sliding blocks can be moved.
- Grippers hang on the sled, which can travel on the one hand over the support station and on the other hand over tables arranged next to the station, on which the stacked goods lie.
- the two grippers are coupled to one another in the horizontal movement via a connection.
- the gripper can be displaced vertically with the aid of drive elements and has on its underside adhesive surfaces which are surrounded by a scraper frame which can be raised and lowered relative to the adhesive surfaces with the aid of drive elements.
- the two grippers are connected to one another in such a way that when one gripper stands over a stack of blanks, the other gripper coupled therewith is mounted exactly above the loading station.
- different blanks for example on the one hand an outer fabric of a piece of clothing and on the other hand an associated interlining blank, can now be stacked one after the other with each gripper on the loading station.
- a disadvantage of this device is that two grippers are required and these grippers must each be precisely adjusted to one another.
- the device requires a relatively large amount of space because it is mounted on both sides of the loading station or track.
- only one garment blank can be covered with an interlining blank.
- the device must be stopped to change the blanks.
- the invention is based on the object of avoiding the above disadvantages and of creating a device which enables any number of blanks to be placed on one another in an exactly reproducible manner, the blank changing or refilling being able to be carried out without interrupting the workflow. Furthermore, a compact design of the device should be ensured.
- a magazine is provided with a plurality of shelves arranged vertically one above the other for stacking the flat parts, in particular the blanks, and a transverse transport device connected to the latter with a lifting plate, the magazine and transverse transport unit being movable relative to one another perpendicularly to the transverse transport plane and the lifting plate between a position above a shelf and a position.
- a transverse transport device connected to the latter with a lifting plate, the magazine and transverse transport unit being movable relative to one another perpendicularly to the transverse transport plane and the lifting plate between a position above a shelf and a position.
- the invention is based on that in the magazine according to the number of floors Ablage ⁇ any blank many types can be included, and that the "lift plate can refer .nachroar another blank according to requirements in each case to do so. • cuts that any combination of the tray above the other supply-achieved, since all kann.- Zu ⁇ sections with the same lifting plate in the same position taken out and stored, a high accuracy of positioning and absolute Repro ⁇ is ensured ducibility, namely without complex adjustment measures. Since the magazine and the transverse transport device form a structural unit, this also results in a very compact and space-saving device according to the invention.

- different flat parts in particular textile blanks 10, are stacked on the storage shelves 2, as described in more detail below.
- These textile blanks 10 can be a blank of a garment part on the one hand and the insert blanks belonging to this garment part on the other hand.
- the magazine 1 can be moved up and down in the vertical direction, see double arrow X-X, so that the shelves 2 can be raised or lowered to different heights, see FIG. 2.
- the magazine 1 is with
- a frame 3 slidably guided in a vertical transport device 5 via guides 4.
- the shelves 2 can be removed individually from the compartments of the magazine 1.
- a transverse transport device 7 which carries a lowerable and liftable lifting plate 8.
- the lifting plate 8 can be moved horizontally perpendicularly to the direction of travel of the magazine 1 between two positions, see FIG. 2, by means of the transverse transport device.
- the lifting plate 8 By means of the lifting plate 8, the blanks located on the storage shelves 2 of the magazine 1 can be lifted individually from the stacks and then, after the lifting plate 8 has been moved, brought into the position above the conveyor belt 9 by means of the transverse transport device 7 and then placed thereon.
- the individual compartments of the magazine 1 can each be optionally reached with the lifting plate 8 by moving one of the compartments to the level of the transverse transport plane of the ⁇ lifting plate 8 by moving the magazine 1.
- the vertical transport device 5 and the transverse transport device 7 can be driven, for example, by chain drives or spindle drives.
- FIG. 2 the different heights of the storage shelves 2 are shown partly with dashed lines according to the magazine 1 method.
- the direction of transport of the lifting plate 8 is indicated by the double arrow Y.
- the lowering and lifting movement of the lifting plate above the storage shelves 2 or the transport track 9 are each shown by the double arrow Z.
- a lifting plate 8 This consists of a support plate 11 to which individual stamps 12 projecting downward are fastened in an evenly distributed manner over the entire surface of the plate.
- the punches 12 consist of a bolt 13 with an end threaded portion 14 which extends through a bore 15 in the support plate 11.
- a lock nut 16 is screwed onto the upper end of the threaded section 14 protruding from the bore 15.
- a preferably disk-shaped stamp foot 17 is fastened to the opposite bolt end.
- individual springs 18 are layered one above the other around the bolt 13, as a result of which a resilient fastening of the respective plunger 12 to the support plate 11 is achieved.
- the number and the thickness of the springs 18 and their spring stiffness determine the possible spring travel of the stamp 12.
- An adhesive surface 19 is formed on the underside of the stamp foot 17.
- This adhesive surface 19 can in particular be designed as a Velcro fastener known per se.
- the adhesive layer can also consist of a permanent adhesive, a suction cup or an electrostatically charged layer or a permanent magnet, and was adapted to the respective material that is to be raised and lowered with the lifting plate 8.
- a scraper plate 21 is attached to the support plate 11 by means of a cylinder-piston arrangement and can be lowered. The working stroke of the scraper plate 21 is shown in FIG. 2 by the double arrow W above the transport path 9.
- the cylinder-piston arrangement consists, for. B. from two fixed to the two narrow sides of the support and scraper cylinder-piston units 22, which can be actuated pneumatically or hydraulically.
- the scraper plate 21 has openings 23 through which the stamp feet 17 of the stamp 12 run. In the upper position, ie the rest position of the stripping plate 21, the plunger foot 17 projects downward from the opening 23, as shown in FIG. 5.
- the stroke W of the cylinder-piston arrangement and thus the working path of the stripping plate is dimensioned such that in the stripping position the stripping plate
- the size of the lifting plate 8 and the number of stamps 12 is adapted to the size and the material of the parts to be moved with the lifting plate 8. In the case of very flexible material, such as textile material, a large number of stamps are provided.
- OMPI 5, 6 and 7 different designs of the shelves 2 of the magazine 1 are shown.
- textile blanks are to be stored in the magazine 1 and removed in a specific order by means of the lifting plate 8 of the transverse transport device 7 and placed on the transport track 9 in an exactly aligned manner with respect to one another.
- the invention is based on the fact that it is necessary for this that the blanks already assume a precisely defined position on the respective shelf 2, which corresponds to the final position on the finished part. This is particularly important with regard to the alignment of the individual blanks with one another. For this purpose, it can be advantageous if, as shown in FIG.
- the storage shelves 2 have on their surface a grid 25 of vertically crossing horizontal and vertical lines, the surface being subdivided into a number of equally large, square grid fields .
- the coordinates of selected boundary points of the respective blank can now be drawn on the grid '25, so that a secure, reproducible positioning of the blanks on the respective shelf 2 is possible.
- all blank cuts are expediently drawn on each shelf, so that on the one hand the shelves are interchangeable and on the other hand the positioning of the individual blanks with respect to one another can already be recognized on the shelf .
- the bottom blank 10a which can be, for example, the blank of a piece of clothing
- the two top blanks 10b and 10c which are blanks of associated stiffening inserts can act.
- the three blanks 10a, 10b, 10c befin ⁇ to thereby on separate shelves' and are deposited on the transport path 9 one above the other.
- FIG. 6 Another embodiment of a storage shelf 2 is shown in FIG. 6.
- the contours of the respective blanks here for example blanks 10a, 10b, 10c, are engraved on them, in fact in their mutual association.
- FIG. 7 shows a further variant, the storage shelf 2 consisting of two plates, namely a lower storage plate 26, on each of which a prototype of a blank is placed, and a transparent cover plate 27, which can be placed thereon.
- the original pattern is fixed in its position by, and. due to the transparent design of the cover plate 27, the blanks can be positioned and stacked exactly on the original sample.
- the design of the shelves 2 according to the invention has the advantage that they can already be fitted with the associated blanks outside the magazine, and after the magazine compartments are empty, the individual empty shelves can be replaced by full ones during the workflow. This saves time and labor, and continuous operation is possible.
- OMPI The function of the device according to the invention is now as follows. First, the various blanks are stacked on the storage shelves 2 in the compartments of the magazine 1. As already explained, this involves, on the one hand, the cutting of a part of a piece of clothing which is to be provided with stiffening inserts and the different required stiffening insert cuts which are to be applied to the clothing piece, so that finally the Clothing cutting and the inserts can be fixed together in a fixing press. Now, by moving the magazine, that compartment is brought to the level of the transport level of the transverse transport device in which the cut of the clothing part lies. The lifting plate is then moved over this blank stack and the lifting plate is lowered so that the adhesive surfaces of the stamps act on the stack with slight pressure.
- the lifting plate is raised, whereby the cut remains on the adhesive surfaces.
- the lifting plate is now moved over the transport path 9, with no change in the position of the blank.
- the lifting plate is lowered to just above the belt surface, and now the blank adhering to the punches is stripped off by means of the stripping plate, which is indicated in FIG. 2 by the working stroke W.
- the lifting plate is then raised, and after the magazine has been moved into the appropriate position, the first insert blank is now removed from another compartment and, as described above, is correspondingly placed on the clothing blank. This process is repeated until all the necessary blanks have been placed one above the other on the conveyor belt. After that they are transported with the conveyor belt, for example, into a fixing press and connected to one another there.
- a device according to the invention can be used, for example, to lift the fixed parts off the conveyor belt and stack them in the magazine,
