Definitions

  • the invention relates to a tied flying toy helicopter with at least one electric motor and at least one rotor, tied up by an extension arm connected to a holding base and movable thereon about the holding base.
  • the invention has set itself the goal of increasing the play appeal of such flying toys and, in particular, of simplifying the construction.
  • the task is to create a tied flying toy helicopter that flies in all three-dimensional directions (in relation to the support base also in the radial direction), that hovers in the air, flies backwards, that can lift and transport loads, as well as a real helicopter can be controlled and is still structurally simple.
  • the boom is formed by two parallelograms which can be varied in angle and which are arranged in series in such a way that they have a common leg such that the leg of one parallelogram parallel to the common leg is coupled to the toy helicopter and that to the toy helicopter common leg parallel leg of the second parallelogram consists of two parts which are articulated to one another, is arranged on the holding base and is designed as a control stick which can be tilted and rotated in all directions.
  • the voltage regulator for the electric motor and possibly a transformer is located in the holding base.
  • Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a tied flying toy helicopter according to the invention with boom, joystick and holding base.
  • FIG. 1 shows a tied flying toy helicopter (1), which is tied via a boom (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) to a boom holding base (15) around which the toy helicopter (1) can fly.
  • the toy helicopter is provided with an electric motor (2) and a rotor (3) which generates lift to carry the Habopter at variable heights and which can also drive the helicopter (1) forwards, backwards and sideways.
  • the control history by slightly tilting the helicopter (1) in the direction in which a movement is intended, which is brought about by a control stick composed of two parts (11 and 12).
  • the boom (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) extends from the holding base (15) to the helicopter (1) and has the task of holding the helicopter essentially in an upright position and giving it a controllable forward, reverse or To give sideways inclination. It transmits the movements of the control stick to the helicopter.
  • the boom (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) consists of two parallelograms coupled together, the rigid rods (5) of which rotate about axes (20).
  • the boom is provided with tension springs (8, 9, 10) to carry part of the weight.
  • the tension springs (9) are attached to compensate for the tensile force of the springs (8) so that the control stick (11, 12) always stays in the middle.
  • the tension springs (10) must be correspondingly stronger.
  • the control stick composed of parts 11 and 12 takes up the boom and is rotatably mounted on the holding base (15).
  • the joystick (11, 12) is articulated to a U-shaped part (13) by an axis of rotation 22.
  • the U-shaped part (13) has a tubular lower part (14) which extends through a bearing bore in the holding base (15) so that it can rotate about the vertical axis (23).
  • the control stick In order to allow the helicopter to fly forwards and backwards, the control stick must also be rotatable about the horizontal axis (22). This is done by the two U-shaped parts (12, 13), which are connected to each other via a pin defining the advise (22). Between the parts (12, 13) there can be a rubber part, which restricts the movements and holds the control stick (11, 12) in the middle.
  • the assembled control stick (11, 12) is rotatably mounted about a horizontal axis (21) formed by a pin.
  • the helicopter tilts about its longitudinal axis and as a result the lift force is broken down into two components: a vertical and a radial component.
  • the radial force moves the helicopter inwards or outwards.
  • the holding base (15) there is the voltage regulator (16) and possibly a transformer which supplies the required current through the cable (19) to the electric motor (2).
  • the flight altitude is adjusted by changing the electrical voltage using the voltage regulator button (17).
  • the toy is supplied with power from the socket by the cable (18).
  • the helicopter can be equipped with an unpowered tail rotor (4) that rotates in the air vortices of the main rotor (3).
  • the main rotor (3) can be stripped to reduce the risk of accidents and noise.
