Claims (9)

1. Automatisches Verteilungsgerät für Material aus vorgeschnittenen und aufgerollten Bändern, das einen Materialträger mit einer Wandung aufweist, in welcher am wenigstens eine Öffnung für das Durchlassen des Materialbands vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchlassöffnung für das Material aus folgenden Elementen besteht: einer Öffnung (20a) oder (26a) von unveränderlichen Abmessungen, die unmittelbar in der Wandung (20) oder in angebauter Weise in einem Verschlussvorrichtungshalter (25 oder 26) angebracht sind; einer weiteren Öffnung (24a) oder (28a) von unveränderlichen Abmessungen, die auf einem auf der Wandung (20) oder auf dem Verschlussvorrichtungshalter (25 oder 26) angeordneten Versteck oder Gehäuse (24) oder (28) vorgesehen sind; eine Verschlussvorrichtung (22 oder 27) die aus zwei Teilen besteht, die elastisch miteinander verbunden sind, damit eine Widerstandkraft auf das ruhende Material ausgeübt wird und um die Verteilung bei dem Abziehen auf das besagte Material durch das Abweichen des einen der beiden Teilen der Verschlussvorrichtung zu gestatten, wobei die besagte Durchlassöffnung in dem Querschnitt mit rundförmigen Kanten versehen ist und die Abmessungen dieser Durchlassöffnung je nach der Art des zu verteilenden Materials berechnet sind, damit das abgezogene Band bei jedem Abziehen auf das aus der Durchlassöffnung herausragende Ende automatisch und systematisch abgerissen wird, wobei ein weiteres Ende automatisch aus der Trägerwandung herausragt.
2. Verteilungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung (22 oder 27) aus zwei halbkreisförmigen Teilen (27a-27b) oder rechteckigen Teilen (22a-22b) besteht, die auf ihren gegenüberstehenden Flächen weitgehend dimensionierte Abrundungen (22c-22d) oder (27c-27d) aufweisen, die nach der Seite des Verstecks oder Gehäuses (24) oder (28) orientiert sind, d.h. nach der Seite der Einführung des Materials.

Verteilungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unveränderlichen Öffnungen (20a) oder (26a) des Verschlussvorrichtungshalters innenseitig für die freie Entfaltung des aus der Öffnung herausragenden Endes des Materials eine ausgedehnte Abrundung aufweisen, während die unveränderlichen Öffnungen (24a) oder (28a) des Verstecks eine ausgedehnte Abrundung auf der Seite der Einführung des Materials auch aufweisen, um jedes Einhaken zu vermeiden.

Verteilungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Verschlussvorrichtung (22) oder (27) in einem in der Wandung (20) oder in einem Verschlussvorrichtungshalter (25) oder (26) unmittelbar angeordneten Kammerraum (20c) untergebracht ist, der entweder eine T-Formgebung zur Bildung von Anschlagflächen auf dem Unterteil (22a) der Verschlussvorrichtung, der kürzer als der Oberteil ist, oder einen Bund (28e) um die Öffnung (28a) herum zum Zusammenwirken mit entsprechenden Halbaushöhlungen (27f-27g) auf den Teilen der Verschlussvorrichtung aufweist, damit ein Anschlag für den Unterteil (27a) auch gebildet wird, wobei diese Anschläge erforderlich sind, um das Anheben der Oberteile (22b) oder (27b) der Verschlussvorrichtung zu gestatten.
5. Verteilungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oberteil (22b) oder (27b) der Verschlussvorrichtung eine gekrümmte Verlängerung (22i oder 27e) oder ein derartiges Handhabemittel für das anfängliche Anlassen des Materials durch Abweichen des genannten Oberteils aufweist.

Verteilungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Teile der Verschlussvorrichtung durch einen elastischen Ring oder eine Spiralfeder (23) elastisch miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die beiden Enden der Spiralfeder entweder miteinander verbunden, oder in Bohrungen für das Verstellen der Spannung der Verschlussvorrichtung eingeführt, oder auch durch eine Schraube (23b) zum Federgang verbunden sind, um Verstellungen der Spannung durch Verschrauben oder Abschrauben zu ermöglichen.

Verteilungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versteck oder Gehäuse (24) oder (28) auf dem Verschlussvorrichtungshalter (20, 25, 26) durch beliebige Mittel wie: Aufkleben, Einschrauben oder Klipsieren von ergänzenden Formen (20e-24b) oder (26b-28b) gehalten ist, wobei die ergänzenden Formen auf dem Versteck oder dem Verschlussvorrichtungshalter vorgesehen sind.

Verteilungsgerät nach Ansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Fall einer kreisförmigen verstellbaren Öffnung ein Winkelindexieren des verstecks (28) im Zug zum Verschlussvorrichtungshalter (26) erforderlich ist, damit die auf dem Verschlussvorrichtungshalter und auf dem Versteck für das Durchlassen und die Verschiebung der gekrümmten Verlängerung (27e) der Verschlussvorrichtung angebrachten Aushöhlungen (26c-28c) genau aufeinander gelegt werden, wobei dieses Indexieren durch Einkerbung, Versplinten, Ausbauchungen und Vertiefungen, oder mittels ergänzender, gleichartiger Formen auf den beiden Bauteilen bewerkstelligt werden kann.

Verteilungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, das eine Ausbauchung (20b) in der Wandung (20) des Trägers oder einen durch die besagte Wandung hindurch angebauten Ring mit Durchlassöffnung (20a) für das Material aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausbauchung oder der Ring an der Innenseite des Trägers einen Kammerraum (20h) aufweist, in welchem eine Öse (29) abnehmbar befestigt ist, wobei die auf der Seite der Einführung des Materials weit abgerundete Öffnung (29a) dieser Öse in Kombination mit der Öffnung (20a) die in ihren Abmessungen durch die Auswechselbarkeit der Ösen verstellbare Durchlassöffnung für das Material bildet.
