Claims (2)

1. Dispositif pour l'établissement de pieux battus bétonnés sur place qui comprend :
une chape de battage (1) équipée d'un conduit (2) pour l'amenée du béton sous pression ;
un tube de battage (3) qui peu à peu est extrait selon l'introduction du béton et qui est équipé d'un raccord (4) auquel est fixé un manomètre (4') pour la lecture de la pression d'air qui s'exerce sur la surface de niveau de la colonne de béton ;
un plongeur 5 tubulaire qui descend jusqu'au pied du tube de battage (3) et qui est établi centralement dans le tube de battage (3) en servant de conduit (2) pour la pompe à béton ainsi qu'une gaine cylindrique (6) pour la diminution de la chambre sous pression ;
deux anneaux creux (7, 7') pouvant se dilater en section transversale ou des dispositifs analogues pour l'obturation contre la pression d'air dans la chambre d'air sous pression (8), entre le tube de battage (3) et le plongeur (5), et pour bloquer le plongeur (5) et le tube de battage (3) par rapport à la chape de battage (1 ) ;
une semelle ronde perdue (9) sous le tube de battage (3) pour empêcher la pénétration de parties du sol dans le tube de battage pendant l'opération de battage, cette semelle étant munie de parties formant crochets (10) pour retenir en place dans le pieu la cage d'armatures (11) disposée entre le tube de battage (3) et le plongeur (5) quand le tube de battage est ramené en arrière, le déplacement en arrière du tube de battage (3) s'effectuant selon la lecture de la pression dans la chambre d'air qui dépend à son tour de la vitesse de pompage du béton.
2. Procédé pour l'établissement de pieux bétonnés sur place avec le dispositif selon la revendication 1, comprenant les opérations suivantes :
on place le tube de battage (3) sur la semelle (9) qui se trouve sur la surface du sol à l'emplacement du pieu ;
on enfonce le tube de battage (3) à l'aide d'un mouton qui frappe sur la chape de battage (1) et cela jusqu'à ce que la profondeur de battage nécessaire pour le fondement du pieu soit atteinte ;
les éléments de caoutchouc annulaires (7) sont déchargés de façon que la chape de battage se libère et puisse être relevée pour l'introduction des armatures (11) du pieu ;
après la pose de la cage d'armatures (11), la chape de battage (1) est amenée de nouveau à son ancienne position et est de nouveau bloquée par l'expansion des éléments de caoutchouc (7, 7') ;
le béton de pieu est alors pompé tandis qu'on lit sur le manomètre (4') la pression d'air qui s'établit entre le plongeur (5) et la chape de battage (3) par la pénétration du béton pompé ;
après que la pression d'air a atteint une valeur déterminée, commence l'extraction du tube de battage toujours sous le contrôle du manomètre (4') qui indique la pression d'air dans la chambre à pression d'air (8), cette pression dépendant du déplacement de recul du tube de battage (3) et du béton introduit ;
après complet enlèvement du tube de battage (3), celui-ci est disponible pour un pieu voisin suivant à établir.
