Abstract

Die Schalung enthält lösbar aneinander befestigte Schalelemente (1). Diese Schalelemente (1) sind an ihrer einen Seite, zweckmäßig im Bereich ihrer oberen Kante, mit Bolzen (2) versehen, welche in an der entgegengesetzten Seite der angeschlossenen benachbarten Schalelemente (1) ausgebildeten Ausnehmungen (3) eingepaßt sind.
Den aufeinander und nebeneinander angeordneten Schalelementen (1) können aus denselben Schalelementen ausgebildete Stützpfeiler (4) zugeordnet sein.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine aus selbstverbindenden Schalelementen..ausgebildete Schalung, welche aus modulartigen Elementen besteht, wobei aus diesen Elementen praktisch Schalungen jedwelcher Art zusammengestellt werden können und nach Zerlegung jedes Schalelement vollwertig wiederverwendbar ist.
  • Es ist bekannt, daß die Anwendung von auf verschiedenen Gebieten der Bauindustrie verwendeten Schalungen, insbesondere Holzschalungen, Tunnelschalungen verschiedener Ausführungsformen, sog. Tischschalungen einerseits fachmannbedingt ist, andererseits komplizierte Hub- und Tragkonstruktionen von bedeutendem technischen Aufwand beansprucht. Außerdem kann ein großer Teil der benutzten Schalelemente bei-weiteren Einsätzen nur nach bedeutender Umgestaltung, z.B. Zersägen, wiederverwendet werden.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine derartige Schalung zu schaffen, deren Verwendung keine Facharbeit und komplizierte Hub- und Tragkonstruktionen.beansprucht. Weitere Zielsetzung ist, daß die Schalung mehrmals über Jahre wiederverwendbar und ihre Handhabung von einer Person möglich sein sowie ihre Transportierung einfach und ohne spezielles Transportmittel durchgeführt werden können soll.
  • Dies wird im Sinne der Erfindung mit einer aus selbstschließenden Schalelementen bestehenden Schalung erreicht, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie lösbar aneinander befestigte Schalelemente enthält. Diese Schalelemente sind an ihrer einen Seite mit Bolzen versehen, welche in an der entgegengesetzten Seite der sich anschließenden Schalelemente ausgebildete Ausnehmungen passen.
  • Zweckmäßig sind die Bolzen im Bereich der oberen Kante der Schalelemente, die Aushöhlungen dagegen im Bereich der unteren Kante der Schalelemente ausgebildet.
  • Den aufeinander und nebeneinander angeordneten Schalelementen können aus denselben Elementen ausgebildete Pfeiler zugeordnet werden.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Schalung wird anhand der eine vorteilhafte Ausführungsform darstellenden Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 eine aus Schalelementen zusammengebaute erfindungsgemäße Schalung;
    • Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch die Schalung gemäß der Figur 1 entlang der Linie A-A;
    • Fig. 3 die Ansicht eines Schalelements, teilweise im Schnitt;
    • Fig. 4 einen Schnitt durch das Schalelement gemäß der Fig. 3 entlang der Linie B-B.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Schalung in Fig. 1 ist aus Schalelementen 1 zusammengebaut und zwar derart, daß an der oberen Kante des aufgrund einer gegebenen Maßreihe, z.B. in Abmessungen 100, 200, 300 ... 1500, 2000 mm ausgebildeten erwähnten Schalelements 1 ausgebildete Bolzen 2 in Ausnehmungen 3 eines über dem Schalelement 1 angeordneten anderen Schalelements 1 eingepaßt sind, wie es in Fig. 2 gut sichtbar ist.
  • Die Anpassung kann den zueinander parallelen Längsflächen der Schalelemente entlang erfolgen, aber die Anordnung der Bolzen 2 und der Aushöhlungen 3 ermöglicht auch eine aufeinander querstehende Anpassung.
  • Aus den Figuren 3 und 4 ersichtlich kann mittels der in die Ausnehmungen 3 passenden Bolzen 2 eine Schalung beliebiger Ausbildung aus den Schalelementen 1 zusammengestellt werden.
  • Die Schalung ist aus den miteinander in Verbindung gesetzten Schalelementen 1 gebildet. Die Festigkeit der Schalung wird einerseits durch die Ausbildung und die Selbstverbindung des Schalelements 1 selbst, andererseits durch an die erwähnten Schalelemente anbaubare Stützpfei- ler 4 gesichert. Aus den Schalelementen 1.kann jedwelche Schalung genauer Abmessung hergestellt werden, denn die Elemente werden in Maßreihe hergestellt.
  • Die Schalelemente 1 können aus thermoplastischem, schlagfestem Material, aus Leichtmetallen, aus Stahl oder aus deren Kombination in einer an sich bekannten Weise hergestellt werden.
  • Die Methode der Herstellung der Schalung ist die folgende:
  • Nach der Geländeerschließung und Ausbildung des horizontalen Bodens bzw. im Falle von fallendem Boden nach der Ausbildung der der Abmessung der Schalelemente oder deren Mehrfaches entsprechenden horizontalen Abstufung, wird die erste Reihe der Schalelemente 1 den Abmessungen entsprechend auf den Boden gesetzt; dann werden - die Verbindung beachtend - die zweite und die nächsten Reihen derweise gesetzt, daß auch die die Stützpfeiler 4 bildenden Schalelemente 1 in entsprechendem Abstand eingebaut werden. Die Höhe der Schalung kann neben der Betonierung bis zur nötigen Höhe fortlaufend erhöht werden. Es ist nicht notwendig, im voraus die vollständige Höhe aufzubauen. So ist auch das Einfüllen des Betons erleichtert.
  • Nach der nötigen Abbindezeit des Betons können die Elemente einzeln ohne Beschädigung und ohne Maschine zerlegt werden. Die aus den erfindungsgemäßen selbstschliessenden Schalelementen 1 zusammengestellte Schalung kann auch bei der Schalung von Pfeilern und Ebenen des Fundaments von Wohnhäusern und anderen Gebäuden, weiterhin auch bei der Schalung von vertikalen Wänden und verschiedenen Profilen risikolos verwendet werden. Bei Ausbildung von Zierformen sind die Schalelemente auch für die Fundamentierung von Zierzäunen geeignet.
  • Die Schalung kann aus den Schalelementen einfach, schnell und maßgerecht aufgebaut werden, ohne daß es einer Fachausbildung bedarf. Das Setzen der Elemente und der Verschalung selbst kann von einer einzigen Person durchgeführt werden. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil besteht darin, daß die Schalelemente ohne Verlust, praktisch in unbegrenzter Anzahl wiederverwendet werden können.
  • Die Ausschalung kann einfach und ohne Unfallgefahr durchgeführt werden, denn die Schalung muß nur in ihre Elemente zerlegt werden. Auch die Stützpfeiler werden dabei fortlaufend zerlegt.
  • Bei der Herstellung der Schalung sind keine Hilfsmittel oder Spezialwerkzeuge, wie Draht, Nägel, Bauklammern, hydraulische Hebel usw., nötig.
  • Die Rauhigkeit der mit der erfindungsgemäßen Schalung gefertigten Betonfläche kann auf ein Minimum vermindert werden; der Einbau von Anschlußarmaturen ist einfach; kein Einbau von Abstandhaltern ist nötig und die zusammengebaute Konstruktion ist selbsthaltend.

Claims (3)

1. Schalung aus selbstverbindenden Schalelementen, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß sie lösbar aneinander befestigte Schalelemente (1) enthält, die an ihrer einen Seite mit Bolzen (2) versehen sind, welche in Ausnehmungen (3) an der entgegengesetzten Seite der benachbarten Schalelemente (1) eingepaßt sind.
2. Schalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Bolzen (2) im Bereich der oberen Kante der Schalelemente (1) und die Aushöhlungen (3) im Bereich der unteren Kante der Schalelemente (1) ausgebildet sind.
3. Schalung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß den aufeinander und nebeneinander angeordneten Schalelementen (1.) aus denselben Schalelementen ausgebildete Stützpfeiler (4) zugeordnet sind.
