Claims (3)

1. Relais électromagnétique, en particulier relais miniature, comprenant un bloc de bottier en plusieurs pièces d'une matière thermoplastique, comportant deux parois latérales (3) qui s'étendent parallèlement l'une à l'autre et sont pourvues d'évidements (26, 27) dans lesquels s'étend sans jeu la culasse (18) par ses bords latéraux, de sorte que le système magnétique soit fixé en position lorsque le bloc de boîtier est assemblé, caractérisé en ce que la culasse (18) vue dans le sens longitudinal (25), s'appuie de chaque côté en deux points distants l'un de l'autre, chacun sur une saillie (31, 32) dans un évidement (26, 27) et en ce que, dans une première paire d'évidements (27) se faisant face, les saillies (32) formées par les parois latérales du boîtier (3) et celles qui leur font face de parties (34) des parois latérales du boîtier délimitant les évidements, sont déformables par l'effet de la chaleur et/ou d'ultrasons, ce qui provoque ainsi un basculement de la culasse (18) par rapport aux saillies (31) de la deuxième paire d'évidements, de sorte que, par ce positionnement de la culasse (18), la position de l'armature (19) soit ajustée par rapport au système de contacts (8) à actionner, la disposition de la première paire d'évidements (27) et la conformation des saillies qui s'y trouvent, avant toute déformation, étant telles que, le relais étant non excité, l'armature se trouve en position de travail.
2. Relais selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est du type à armature basculante, l'armature basculante (19) étant supportée à pivot sur l'arête terminale (21) de la culasse (18), en ce que, la première paire d'évidements (27) dans les parois latérales duboîtier (3) est disposée dans le voisinage du bras (22) de l'armature basculante (19) appliqué contre la culasse (18), en ce que, le système de contacts (8) comprenant les ressorts de contact (10) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de la culasse (18) est disposé au-dessus de la culasse (18), en ce que la deuxième paire d'évidements (26) et, de ce fait, le point de pivotement (33) de la culasse (18) est située entre le point fixe (9) des ressorts de contact (10) et les contacts (11, 12, 13, 14) et en ce que l'armature basculante (19) attaque l'extrémité (24) desdits ressorts de contact (10).
3. Relais selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de pression (20) de l'armature basculante (16) est monté sur la carcasse de la bobine (16) ou forme un composant d'une seule pièce avec celle-ci.
