Claims (6)

1. Procédé de fabrication d'objets par compression, constitués de particules végétales, notamment de particules de bois, mélangées à des liants, qui consiste à remplir de particules une empreinte formée de plusieurs fouloirs de compression et appliquer successivement par les fouloirs de compression et tout en chauffant une pression dans des directions différentes à la masse, de remplissage, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, pour fabriquer des barres porteuses, des profilés, des poutres, ou des objets analogues par compression, à introduire dans l'empreinte au moins une bande en forme de planche et, de préférence, deux bandes opposées en forme de planche, en matériau apte à transmettre la pression, par exemple en bois naturel, en couches de matière plastique renforcées par des fibres ou en matériaux analogues qui sont munies d'une colle et/ou d'un revêtement en résine de matière plastique et qui délimitent entre elles les particules, puis à appliquer d'abord, par les fouloirs de compression, associées à la région de la membrure et par l'intermédiaire des bandes en forme de pianche, une pression aux particules, puis à mettre les fouloirs de compression associés aux surfaces latérales l'un en face de l'autre en position de compression, et enfin à effectuer une post-compression des régions des membrures de l'objet par compression, tout en maintenant la pression appliquée sur les surfaces latérales avant de durcir, par action de la chaleur et en maintenant la pression, l'objet moulé par compression.
2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à appliquer. d'abord une bande en forme de planche, sur le fouloir de compression formant la surface du fond de l'empreinte, puis à remplir l'empreinte des particules et enfin, à appliquer sur le remplissage la deuxième bande en forme de planche.
3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces extérieures de l'âme du profilé sont également bardées de bandes en forme de planche.
4. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications suivantes, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à utiliser, pour le bardage, des bandes en forme de planches à deux couches ou à plusieurs couches.
5. Poutre résistant à la flexion, préparée par le procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la surface de liaison entre les profilés comprimés et constitués de particules et les bandes en forme de planche, n'est pas plane.
6. Poutre suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la surface de liaison est incurvée en étant convexe en direction du profilé.
