Abstract

Die Vorrichtung weist auf zwei zueinander parallelen und gegensinnig drehbaren Wellen (1, 2) Scheiben (3) mit einer am Umfang in regelmässiger Winkelteilung abwechselnd Vorsprünge (4) und gegenüber diesen breitere Lücken aufweisenden Kontur auf. Mehrere Scheiben (3) hintereinan­ der sind winkelversetzt zueinander auf jeder der Wellen (1, 2) angeordnet. Die Scheiben (3) auf den Wellen (1, 2) sind im Achsabstand voneinander derart angeordnet, dass die Vors­ prünge (4) der zusammenwirkenden Scheiben (3) ohne gegenseitige Berührung bei Drehung der Scheiben ineinan­ dergreifen. Für das von oben zugeführte Kerngut ist im Ein­ griffsbereich der Scheiben (3) zwischen den Vorsprüngen (4) der zusammenwirkenden Scheiben (3) ein Kanal (5) für den Durchtritt des durch die Umfangsflächen bearbeiteten Kern­ guts gebildet, welches durch die gerauhten Umfangsflächen entschalt und/oder gebrochen wird.
