Claims (12)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von synthetischem Brennstoff und/oder synthetischen Komponenten für Brennstoff aus einem in beliebiger Weise erhaltenen Polycarbonsäuregemisch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polycarbonsäuregemisch die nachfolgende Elementarzusammensetzung aufweist:
Kohlenstoff von 42 bis 70 Gew.-%
Wasserstoff von 1,5 bis 6 Gew.-%
Sauerstoff von 14,0 bis 52,7 Gew.-%,

ein mittleres Molekulargewicht zwischen 120 und 800 und eine Azidatät zwischen 5 und 18 Milliäquivalente/g hat, daß das Gemisch aus Polycarbonsäuren oder ihren Salzen einer Decarboxylierung unterworfen wird und das decarboxylierte Produkt schließlich einer Veresterung mit einem oder mit mehreren Alkoholen oder mit einem oder mit mehreren Olefinen unterworfen wird.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von synthetischem Brennstoff und/oder von synthetischen Komponenten für Brennstoffe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polycarbonsäurengemisch eine Azidität zwischen 8 und 14 Milliäquivalente/g aufweist.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von synthetischem Brennstoff und/oder von synthetischen Komponenten für Brennstoffe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Decarboxylierung durch Erhitzen in wäßriger Lösung während einer Zeit zwischen 10 und 30 Minuten auf eine Temperatur zwischen 300 und 350°C in Gegenwart eines oder mehrerer Alkali- und/oder Erdalkalicarbonate bewirkt wird.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Erhitzen auf eine Temperatur von 315°C vorgenommen wird.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Decarboxylierungszeit 20 Minuten beträgt.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von synthetischem Brennstoff und/oder von synthetischen Komponenten für Brennstoffe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Decarboxylierung in Abwesenheit von Wasser bei einer Temperatur zwischen 350 und 550°C während einer Zeitdauer zwischen 10 und 30 Minuten erfolgt.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Decarboxylierungszeit 20 Minuten beträgt.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Decarboxylierungstemperatur 500°C beträgt.
9. Verfahren zur Herstellung von synthetischem Brennstoff und/oder von synthetischen Komponenten für Brennstoffe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Veresterung mit 1 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweisenden Alkoholen ausgeführt wird, welche Alkohole in H2S04-Lösung bei einer Konzentration von 5 bis 20 Gew.-% angewendet werden.
10. Verfahren zur Herstellung von synthetischem Brennstoff und/oder von synthetischen Komponenten für Brennstoffe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Veresterung mit 2 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisenden Olefinen ausgeführt wird.
11. Synthetischer Brennstoff und/oder synthetische Komponente für Brennstoffe, erhalten nach dem Verfahren der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
12. Brennstoff, erhalten durch Vermischen von synthetischem Brennstoff und/oder den synthetischen Komponenten für Brennstoffe, erhalten gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, mit einem Produkt, ausgewählt unter:
a) Erdölmitteldestillat;
b) Mitteldestillat aus der Kohleverflüssigung;
c) Kohlepyrolyseprodukt, insbesondere das Gemisch aus Benzol, Toluol und Xylolen;
d) Brennstofföl auf Erdölbasis;
e) Gemisch von aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen; oder
f) Gemisch von Cl-Clo aliphatischen Alkoholen.
