Abstract

@ Bodenaufsteller mit einem rohrförmigen Fuß (1) aus Faltmaterial, an dem eine Einrichtung (2) zur Aufnahme und Darbietung von Waren befestigt ist, die als tiefgezogenes Kunststoffteil nach Art eines Tabletts mit einer Bodenfläche und mit an dessen Kanten angeformten, umlaufenden und nach unten weisenden sowie direkt auch miteinander verbundenen Stirnflächen (15) ausgebildet ist, wobei in den durch die Bodenfläche und die umlaufenden Stirnflächen der Aufnahmeeinrichtung gebildeten Aufnahmeraum eine entsprechend profilierte Verbindungsplatte (16) als Wellpappmaterial eingesetzt ist, die an ihrer Unterseite mit einem Dachfeldteil des Fußes und an ihrer Oberseite mit der Bodenfläche der Aufnahmeeinrichtung verklebt ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bodenaufsteller mit einem rohrförmigen Fuß aus Faltmaterial mit einer Vorderwand, einer Rückwand und mit zwei Seitenwänden, in denen mittig jeweils eine Längsfaltlinie verläuft, ferner mit einem an die Vorderwand und an die Rückwand angelenkten, ein-oder mehrstückigen Dachfeld mit einer parallel zu den Ebenen der Vorder- und Rückwand verlaufenden Faltlinie und mit wenigstens einer Querfaltlinie in allen Wänden des Fußes, wobei eine Einrichtung zur Aufnahme und Darbietung von Waren mit einem Boden am Dachfeld befestigt ist, und zwar an demjenigen Teil des Dachfeldes, der sich von dessen Faltlinie zur Vorderwand oder Rückwand des Fußes erstreckt, derart, daß der in seinen Längsfaltlinien und in den die Wände des Fußes aneinander anlenkenden Längsknicklinien flach gefaltete Fuß mit seinem Oberteil am Boden der Aufnahmeeinrichtung eng anliegt und wobei der gestreckte, flach gefaltete Fuß allein durch ein Verschwenken der Aufnahmeeinrichtung relativ zum Fuß aufgefaltet wird bzw. umgekehrt. !
  • Derartige Bodenaufsteller sind auch als sogenannte Sekundendisplays bekannt und haben sich in der Praxis bewährt. Eine grudnlegende Ausführungsform eines solchen Bodenaufstellers beschreibt die DE-OS 29 02 573 der Anmelderin, dort Fig. 8 und 9. Sie haben den für die Praxis ganz wesentlichen Vorteil, daß der Fuß platzsparend U- bzw. L-förmig gewissermaßen um den aufgefalteten, quaderförmigen Behälter herumgewickelt werden kann, so daß der mit den betreffenden Artikeln befüllte Behälter mitsamt seinem Fuß platzsparend verschickt werden kann. Am Ort des Verkaufs, beispielsweise in einem Ladengeschäft wird dann der Bodenaufsteller mit wenigen Handgriffen aufgefaltet, wozu der Fuß nur in seine gestreckte Lage gebracht werden muß, worauf er unter den Behälter geschwenkt wird. Bei diesem Schwenkvorgang wird der Fuß selbsttätig aufgefaltet, und zwar weil der Abstand zwischen seiner Vorder-und Rückwand bei dem erwähnten Schwenkvorgang auf den Abstand der Gebrauchslage vergrößert wird.
  • Während bei der erwähnten DE-OS die Verbindung zwischen dem Fuß und dem Behälter über zwei getrennte Klebelaschen erfolgte, beschreibt die europäische Offenlegungsschrift 54 889 einen ähnlichen Bodenaufsteller, wobei die Verbindung zwischen dem Fuß und dem Behälter über ein Dachfeld erfolgt, das die Vorder- und Rückwand des Fußes gewissermaßen überspannt. Die vorliegende Erfindung kann für alle Typen derartiger Bodenaufsteller nach der erwähnten DE-OS wie auch der erwähnten EU-OS eingesetzt werden.
  • Diesen bekannten und auch anderen ähnlichen Bodenaufstellern ist es gemeinsam, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung durch einen Behälter aus Faltmaterial ausgebildet wird. Als Beispiele seien zusätzlich erwähnt die Bodenaufsteller nach der US-PS 3 164 350 und der deutschen Gebrauchsmusterschrift 1 904 353. Die bei diesen bekannten Bodenaufstellern vorgesehene Ausbildung der auf den Fuß aufgesetzten bzw. aufgeklebten Aufnahmeeinrichtung als Behälter aus Faltmaterial begrenzt aber deren Einsatzbereich, weil beispielsweise Tuben und andere längliche Waren nicht aufrechtstehend in diesen Behältern dem Kunden dargeboten werden können.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Bodenaufsteller der eingangs genannten Art vorzuschlagen, der bei Beibehaltung der Vorteile dieses Bodenaufstellers sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß praktisch beliebig geformte Waren lagesicher.in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung gehalten werden können.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung als tiefgezogenes Kunststoffteil nach Art eines Tabletts mit einer Bodenfläche und mit an dessen Kanten angeformten, umlaufenden und nach unten weisenden sowie direkt auch miteinander verbundenen Stirnfläche ausgebildet ist, wobei in den durch die Bodenfläche und die umlaufenden Stirnflächen der Aufnahmeeinrichtung gebildeten Aufnahmeraum eine entsprechend profilierte Verbindungsplatte aus Wellpappmaterial eingesetzt ist, die an ihrer Unterseite mit dem Dachfeldteil des Fußes und an ihrer Oberseite mit der Bodenfläche der Aufnahmeeinrichtung verklebt ist.
  • Die Aufnahmeeinrichtung besteht somit aus tiefgezogenem Kunststoffmaterial, das entsprechend den jeweiligen Erfordernissen geformt werden kann. Die notwendige Verbindung zwischen dem tiefgezogenen Kunststoffteil und dem betreffenden Dachfeldteil des Fußes besorgt die Verbindungsplatte, die ohne weiteres aus Wellpappmaterial bestehen kann, weil dieses Material preisgünstig ist. Das Kunststoffmaterial wird durch den umlaufenden Rand, der nach Art einer Schürze ausgebildet ist, versteift. Dadurch wird gleichzeitig der erwähnte Aufnahmeraum für die Verbindungsplatte aus Wellpappmaterial geschaffen, so daß das gesamte Gebilde sehr verwindungssteif ist und allen im Betrieb auftretenden Belastungen standhält.
  • Die Bodenfläche des Kunststoffteils wird entsprechend den jeweiligen Anforderungen geformt. In aller Regel enthält sie nebeneinander mehrere Aufnahmen zur lagesicheren Halterung der entsprechenden dort aufzunehmenden und zu präsentierenden Waren. Um trotz dieser Vertiefungen eine ausreichende Klebefläche zur Verfügung zu stellen, wird es bevorzugt, wenn bei dieser Ausführungsform die Böden der hierfür vorgesehenen Vertiefungen im Boden des Kunststoffteils flach ausgebildet sind, so daß sie mit der Oberseite der Verbindungsplatte verklebt werden können.
  • Aus Gründen der leichten Handhabbarkeit und auch des Design wird es bevorzugt, wenn die Dicke der Verbindungsplatte etwa gleich der Höhe des Aufnahmeraums ist, gemessen zwischen den Unterkanten der Stirnflächen und der Klebefläche des Kunststoffteils. Die Verbindungsplatte aus Wellpappmaterial ist hierbei von außen nicht sichtbar, wobei man aber dennoch die gesamte zur Verfügung stehende Tiefe für die Wellpapplage ausnutzt, die den nach Art eines Tabletts geformten Kunststoffteil wesentlich versteift.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert, aus dem sich weitere wichtige Merkmale ergeben. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. l - in einer Seitenansicht einen erfindungsgemäßen Bodenaufsteller kurz vor Beendigung des Aufstellvorganges in einem Schnitt längs der Linie I-I von Fig. 2;
    • Fig. 2 - eine Draufsicht auf den Boden'aufsteller;
    • Fig. 3 - eine Ansicht der Aufnahmeeinrichtung von unten.
  • Der gezeigte Bodenaufsteller besteht aus einem Fuß 1 aus Faltmaterial, an dessen Oberseite eine im folgenden noch näher beschriebene Aufnahmeeinrichtung 2 zur Aufnahme und Darbietung der verschiedensten Waren angebracht ist. In an sich bekannter Weise ist der Fuß rohrförmig mit einer Vorderwand 3, einer Rückwand 4 und zwei Seitenwänden 5. In den Seitenwänden sind mittig in Längsrichtung durchgehende Faltlinien 6 angelegt sowie zwei voneinander beabstandete Querfaltlinien 7. An die obere Kante der Vorderwand ist ein Dachfeld 8 angelenkt, das über eine in Querrichtung verlaufende Faltlinie 9 in einem Klebefeld 10 endet. An die obere Kante der Rückwand 4 ist ein weiteres Klebefeld 11 angelenkt. Mit den Klebefeldern 10, 11 ist die Aufnahmeeinrichtung 2 mit ihrem Boden verklebt.
  • Durch die beschriebenen Merkmale ist es möglich, allein durch ein Verschwenken der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 2 relativ zum Fuß den flachgefalteten und gestreckten Fuß rohrförmig aufzufalten. Außerdem kann der Fuß über seine Querfaltlinien, ggf. einschließlich der Querfaltlinien, die die Wände 3,4 mit den Feldern 8,7 verbinden, U-förmig oder L-förmig mehr oder weniger eng an der Aufnahmeeinrichtung, einschließlich der auf ihnen befindlichen Waren anliegend um diese herumgefaltet werden.
  • Erfindungsgemäß besteht die Aufnahmeeinrichtung 2 aus einem tiefgezogenem Kunststoffteil 12, das auf seiner Oberseite mehrere Vertiefungen, 13, 14 zur Aufnahme und lagesicheren Halterung von Waren aufweist. An seinem Rand sind an das tablettartig geformte Kunststoffteil Stirnflächen 15 angeformt, die sowohl miteinander wie auch mit dem eigentlichen Boden des Kunststoffteils 12 einstückig verbunden sind, Sie versteifen das Kunststoffteil und decken eine in die dadurch gebildete Aufnahme eingelegte Verbindungsplatte 16 aus Wellpappmaterial nach außen ab. Insbesondere Fig. 3 läßt erkennen, daß die Form der Verbindungsplatte 16 derjenigen des Kunststoffteiles 12 entspricht, so daß die Verbindungsplatte in die Aufnahme unterhalb der Bodenplatte des Kunststoffteils eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Die Verbindung erfolgt nun so, daß die Klebelaschen 10, 11 des Fußes mit der Unterseite der Verbindungsplatte verklebt sind und deren Oberseite wiederum mit den Bodenflächen der Vertiefungen 13, 14.
  • An der Rückseite des Kunststoffteils können noch hakenförmige Fortsätze 17 angeformt sein, auf die dann Reklametafeln usw.. aufgesteckt werden können.
  • Das beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt sehr anschaulich, daß das Kunststoffteil 12 je nach nach dem jeweiligen Anforderungen geformt werden kann einschließlich Befestigungsmöglichkeiten für Werbeflächen usw.

Claims (3)

1. Bodenaufsteller mit rohrförmigem Fuß (1) aus Faltmaterial mit einer Vorderwand (3), einer Rückwand (4) und mit zwei Seitenwänden (5), in denen mittig jeweils eine Längsfaltlinie (6) verläuft, ferner mit einem an die Vorderwand (3) und an die Rückwand (4) angelenkten, ein- oder mehrstückigem Dachfeld (8) mit einer parallel zu den Ebenen der Vorder- und Rückwand (3,4) verlaufenden Faltlinie (9) und mit wenigstens einer Querfaltlinie (7) in allen Wänden (3, 4,5) des Fußes (1), wobei eine Einrichtung (2) zur Aufnahme und Darbietung von Waren mit einem Boden am Dachfeld (8) befestigt ist, und zwar an demjenigen Teil (10,11) des Dachfeldes (8), der sich von dessen Faltlinie (9) zur Vorderwand (3) oder Rückwand (4) des Fußes (1) erstreckt, derart, daß der in seinen Längsfaltlinien (6) und in den die Wände (3,4,5) des Fußes (1) aneinander anlenkenden Längsknicklinien flach gefaltete Fuß (1).mit seinem Oberteil am Boden der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (2) eng anliegt und wobei der gestreckte, flach gefaltete Fuß (1) allein durch ein Verschwenken der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (2) relativ zum Fuß (1) aufgefaltet wird bzw. umgekehrt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet ,
daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (2) als tiefgezogenes Kunststoffteil nach Art eines Tabletts mit einer Bodenfläche und mit an dessen Kanten angeformten, umlaufenden und nach unten weisenden sowie direkt auch miteinander verbundenen Stirnflächen (15) ausgebildet ist, wobei in dendurch die Bodenfläche und die umlaufenden Stirnflächen (15) der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (2) gebildeten Aufnahmeraum eine entsprechend profilierte Verbindungsplatte (16) aus Wellpappmaterial eingesetzt ist, die an ihrer Unterseite mit dem Dachfeldteil (10,11) des Fußes (1) und an ihrer Oberseite mit der Bodenfläche der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (2) verklebt ist.
2. Bodenaufsteller nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet ,
daß in der Bodenfläche der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (2) Vertiefungen (13,14) zur lagesicheren Aufnahme und Darbietung von Waren ausgebildet sind, die mit ihren flach ausgebildeten Böden mit der Oberseite der Verbindungsplatte (16) verklebt sind.
3. Bodenaufsteller nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet ,
daß die Dicke der Verbindungsplatte (16) etwa gleich der Höhe des Aufnahmeraums, gemessen zwischen den Unterkanten der Stirnflächen (15) und der Klebefläche, ist.
