Abstract

Es wird eine Lagerabdichtung zwischen dem Innenraum einer Zentrifuge und ihrem Antriebsteil vorgeschlagen, bei der drei gleichartige Dichtelemente axial hintereinander angeordnet sind und gegen eine Schutzbüchse der Antriebs­ welle elastisch andrücken, wobei die Antriebswellen-­ Schutzbüchse im Andrückbereich des dem Innenraum der Zentrifuge nächstliegenden Dichtelementes einen reduzier­ ten Durchmesser aufweist, so daß in den Raum zwischen diesem Dichtelement und dem nächstfolgenden Dichtele­ ment eingeführtes Schutzgas in den Innenraum der Zentrifu­ ge strömt.
