Abstract

Um einen für einen gegen den unbefugten Zugriff von Kindern zu verschließenden Behälter (1) geeigneten Sicherheitsverschluß mit einem einstückig an einen Verschlußrahmen über eine Scharnierverbindung angeformten, schwenkbaren Deckelplattenstück zu schaffen, der die Ausschütt- oder Einfüllöffnung störende oder beschränkende Deckelstützen nicht erfordert, wird der Verschlußrahmen als integrales Randstück der zu verschließenden Behälteröffnung ausgebildet.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sicherheitsverschluß für einen gegen den unbefugten Zugriff von Kindern zu verschließenden Behälter mit einem einstückig an einen Verschlußrahmen über eine Scharnierverbindung angeformten, schwenkbaren Deckelplattenstück, welches mit seinen freien Kanten schließend an den angrenzenden Rändern des Verschlußrahmens abzustützen und mit Hilfe einer Rastzunge in der der Scharnierverbindung gegenüberliegenden Wand des Verschlußrahmens zu arretieren ist.
  • Ein Sicherheitsverschluß aus Kunststoff dieser Art wird in der DE-AS 23 29 682 beschrieben. Im Bekannten wird das Deckelplattenstück im Bereich zwischen seiner die Rastzunge tragenden Endkante und der Scharnierverbindung mit Hilfe eines sich über die ganze Deckelbreite erstrekkenden Gegenlagers kippbeweglich abgestützt. Aufgrund der "Flexibilität des Deckelplattenstücks und der Konstruktion im Abstützbereich wird die Rastzunge gelöst, wenn von oben bzw. von außen auf den Bereich zwischen Scharnierverbindung und Abstützbereich Druck ausgeübt wird. Durch die durch die Druckkraft bewirkte Biegung des Deckelplattenstücks wird nämlich die Rastzunge aus ihrer Verankerung herausgezogen. Der bekannte Sicherheitsverschluß bildet ein von dem jeweils zu schützenden Behälter getrenntes Bauteil.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Sicherheitsverschluß zu schaffen, der integraler Teil des abzuschirmenden Behältnisses ist und bei dem das zu sichernde Deckelplattenstück von einem das unbefugte Öffnen erschcwerenden, überstehenden Kragen des Verschlußrahmens umgeben ist. Die arfindungsgemäße Lösung besteht für den eingangs genannten Sicherheitsverschluß mit einem einstückig an einen Verschlußrahmen über eine Scharnierverbindung angeformten schwenkbaren Deckalplattenstück darin, daß der Verschlußrahmen integraler Bestandteil der zu verschliessenden Behalteröffnung ist.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Sicherheitsverschluß ist wegen der Einteiligkeit mit dem zugehörigen Behälter und wegen des daher eine Montage nicht erfordernden Schließmechanismus sehr wirtschaftlich herzustellen. Der Verschluß hat darüberhinaus den Vorteil, daß der Deckel beim Anwender nicht verlorengehen kann und daher eine Kindersicherung auch auf Dauer gewährleistet wird.
  • Anhand der schematischen Darstellung in der Zeichnung werden Einzelheiten der Erfindung erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch einen Behälter mit Sicherheitsverschluß; und
    • Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf den gänzlich geöffneten Verschluß nach Fig. 1.
  • In der Zeichnung gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 wird ein Behälter 1 bestehend aus einem Unterteil 2 und einer Deckelplatte 3 dargestellt. Der Verschlußrahmen des Sicherheitsverschlusses ist integraler Bestandteil des Unterteils 2 bzw. der Behälteröffnung. Die Deckelplatte 2 wird über ein Film-3charnier 4 an den Verschlußrahmen und damit an das Unterteil 2 angeformt. Das Unterteil 2 besitzt einen nach außen überstehenden Kragen 5, der an der dem Filmscharnier 4 zugewandten Seite als Absatz 6 ausgebildet ist. Die Oberkante des Absatzes 6 liegt auf der gleichen Höhe wie ein umlaufendes, zum Abstützen der Deckelplatte 3 dienendes Auflager 7. Dieses kann an der dem Filmscharnier 4 abgewandten Seite mit einer Abstufung 8 versehen werden, um die fertigungstechnische Entformung eines dort vorgesehenen, die Deckelplatte 3 im geschlossenen Zustand des Behälters 1 gegen unbefugtes Öffnen sichernden Schnappwulstes 9 zu erleichtern.
  • In den beiden Längswänden 10 des Unterteils 2 werden einander gegenüberliegend im Deckelplattenauflager 7 innerhalb des Kragens 5 zwei profilierte Aussparungen 11 vorgesehen. Die dem Schnappwulst 9 zugewandten Seiten bzw. Kanten der Ausnehmungen 11 laufen in einer Rundung 12, insbesondere von Kreisbogenform, aus. Im Ausführungsbeispiel wird ferner die Deckelplatte 3 durch zwei zueinander spiegelbildlich angeordnete, durch Druck auf den Bereich am freien Deckelende in die Aussparungen 11 einzudrükkende Filmscharniere 13 und 14 in ein kleineres, erstes Deckelplattenstück 15 und ein größeres, zweites Deckelplattenstück 16 unterteilt. Letzteres kann mit Hilfe von beispielsweise zwei Schnappwulstpaaren 17, 18 stabilisiert und/oder verriegelt werden.
  • Nach dem Ausrasten des freien Deckelplattenendes 20 kann das kleinere Deckelplattenstück 15 umgeklappt werden, so daß es auf dem normalerweise geschlossen bleibenden grösseren Deckelplattenstück 16 aufliegt. Der Anwender kann durch die sich so ergebende (kleinere) Öffnung im Behälter 1 enthaltendes Produkt ausgießen bzw. ausschütten. Zum Nachfüllen des Behälters 1 kann auch das größere Deckelplattenstück 16 aus der Verriegelung unter den Schnappwülsten 17, 18 herausgezogen und ganz geöffnet werden, derart, daß der Behälter 1, z.B. durch Schöpfen aus einem Vorratsgefäß, neu zu füllen ist.

Claims (1)

  1. Sicherheitsverschluß für einen gegen unbefugten Zugriff von Kindern zu verschließenden Behälter (1) mit einem einstückig an einen Verschlußrahmen über eine Scharnierverbindung (13, 14) angeformten, schwenkbaren Deckelplattenstück (15), welches mit seinen freien Kanten schliessend an den angrenzenden Rändern (7) des Verschlußrahmens abzustützen und mit Hilfe einer Rastzunge (20) in der der Scbarnierverbindung gegenüberliegenden Wand des Verschlußrahmens zu arretieren ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußrahmen integraler Bestandteil des zu verschliessenden Behälters (2) und dessen Öffnung ist.
