Abstract

Lautsprechereinheit, bestehend aus einem Rahmen (3) und einem Lautsprecherkorb (7), die durch eine Snap-In-Vorrichtung (2, 6) zu einer Einheit verbunden sind. Zur Vermeidung von Klirreffekten ist eine Dichtung (1) vorgesehen, die über die Konturen des Lautsprecherkorbes (6) hinausragt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lautsprechereinheit nach der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 angegebenen Art.
  • Bekannt sind Lautsprechereinheiten, bestehend aus einem Rahmen und einem Lautsprecherkorb, die durch Klammern oder Schraubverbindungen verbunden sind. Für die Massenproduktion, insbesondere für Lautsprechereinheiten bei Fernsehgeräten, ergibt sich dadurch ein großer Fertigungsaufwand.
  • Aufgabe dere Erfindung ist es, eine fertigungstechnisch vereinfachte Verbindungsart von Rahmen und Lautsprecherkorb zu schaffen.
  • Die Lösung der Aufgabe erfolgt durch die im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Maßnahmen. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Die Erfindung ermöglicht eine einfache Montage eines Lautsprecherkorbes in einem dafür vorgesehenen Rahmen.
  • Zum besseren Verständnis der Erfindung wird nachstehend ein Ausführungsbeispiel anhand von Zeichnungen näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen Lautsprecherkorb,
    • Fig. 2 eine Lautsprechereinheit mit seitlichen Verbindungspunkten,
    • Fig. 3 eine weitere Lautsprechereinheit mit vertikalen Verbindungspunkten
    • Fig. 4 eine seitliche Ansicht und
    • Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht eines Lautsprechers.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Lautsprecherkorb 7 für seitliche und stirnseitige Montage mit einem Rahmen. Für die seitliche Montage sind Bereiche 5 und 6 vorgesehen. Die Bereiche 5 bestehen aus konisch zum Rand des Lautsprecherkorbes 7 geöffneten Erhebungen. Die Bereiche 6 des Lautsprecherkorbes 7, bestehend aus länglichen konkaven Materialaussparungen, die neben den Bereichen 5 angeordnet sind. Für die stirnseitige Montage des Lautsprecherkorbes 7 mit einem Rahmen sind Bereiche 9 und ein beweglicher Vorsprung 8 vorgesehen. Der Bereich 9 ist an einer ersten Stirnseite des Lautsprecherkorbes 7 als Materialfortsetzung angebracht. Er hat die Form einer rechteckigen Zunge. Diesem Bereich 9 gegenüber, auf der anderen Stirnseite des Lautsprecherkorbes 7, befindet sich der bewegbare Vorsprung 8, der eine U-förmige Form aufweist und dessen dem Bereich 9 zugewandten erste Schenkel mit dem Lautsprecherkorb 7 verbunden ist. Dieser erste Schenkel weist zu dem eine Stütze 13 auf. An den anderen Schenkel des U-förmigen Vorsprungs 8, der länger ausgebildet ist, befindet sich ein keilförmiger Ansatz 14, dessen Spitze sich am Ende des Schenkels und dessen verbreiterte Fläche sich in Höhe des Lautsprecherkorbes befindet.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt eine Lautsprechereinheit, bei dem die Verbindungspunkte eines Rahmens 3 an den seitlichen Kanten des Lautsprecherkorbes 7 eingerastet sind. Dabei weist der Rahmen 3 bewegliche Bereiche 2, sogenannte Snap-In, und feste Bereiche 1 auf. In die konisch zum Rahmen hin geöffneten Vorsprünge 5 ragen die festen Bereiche 1 des Rahmens 3. Beim Andrücken des Lautsprecherkorbes 7 an den Rahmen 3 hintergreifen die Snap-In's 2 den Lautsprecherkorb 7 in den Bereichen 6. Dadurch ergibt sich eine feste Verbindung zwischen Lautsprecherkorb 7 und Rahmen 3.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt eine weitere Lautsprechereinheit, wobei die stirnseitigen Verbindungselemente Lautsprecherkorb 7 und Rahmen 11 miteinander verbinden. Die zungenartige Fortsetzung 9 des Lautsprecherkorbes 7 hintergreift beim Montieren die Aussparung 10 an der Stirnseite des Lautsprecherrahmens 11. Eine gleichartig aufgebaute Aussparung 10 ist ebenfalls an der gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite vorhanden. Beim Andrücken des Lautsprecherkorbes 7 an den Rahmen 11 hintergreift der bewegliche Vorsprung 8 mit der verbreiterten Fläche des keilförmigen Ansatzes 14 diese Aussparung 10. Der Rahmen 11 ist so aufgebaut, daß die Montage des Lautsprecherkorbes 7 mit dem Rahmen 11 durch seitliche Führungsstege 15 erleichtert wird. Gleiches gilt auch für den Rahmen 3 mit Führungsstegen 12.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt eine seitliche Ansicht eines Lautsprechers. Der Lautsprecher besteht aus einem Magnetsystem 15, einem Korb 16, einem nach oben umgebördelten Rand 17 und einer Snap-In-Vorrichtung 8,9. An der Abstrahlfläche des Lautsprechers befindet sich eine Dichtung 18.
  • Fig. 5 zeigt eine Draufsicht des Lautsprechers. Wie der Fig. 4 zu entnehmen ist, steht die Dichtung 18 über den Rand 17 des Lautsprechers hinaus. Dadurch wird ein Klemmen des Lautsprechers mit dem Deckrahmen erreicht.

Claims (8)

1. Lautsprechereinheit, bestehend aus einem Rahmen (3) und einem Lautsprecherkorb (7), die untereinander zu einer Einheit verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Rahmen (3) ein oder mehrere bewegbare Vorsprünge (2) und/oder ein oder mehrere feste Haltevorsprünge (1,10) vorgesehen sind, daß am Lautsprecherkorb (7) ein oder mehrere bewegliche Haltevorsprünge (8) vorgesehen sind, daß der Lautsprecherkorb (7) Bereiche (5,9) aufweist, die zwischen Rahmen (3) und den festen Vorsprüngen (1) liegen, und weitere Bereiche (6), die zwischen dem Rahmen (3) und den beweglichen Vorsprüngen (2) liegen, wobei die Bereiche (5,6) einen solchen Verlauf der Oberfläche aufweisen, daß der Lautsprecherkorb (7) und der Rahmen (3) im verbundenen Zustand fest aneinanderliegen.
2. Lautsprechereinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnete, daß die festen Vorsprünge (1,9) gegenüber den beweglichen Vorsprüngen (2,8) liegen.
3. Lautsprechereinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnete, daß der dem festen Vorsprung (1) zugeordnete Bereich (5) einen derart konischen Aufbau hat, daß der Teil größter Weite zum festen Vorsprung (1) hin angeordnet ist.
4. Lautsprechereinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bereiche (5) für die festen Vorsprünge (1) beidseitig am Lautsprecherkorb (7) neben den Bereichen (6) für die beweglichen Vorsprünge (2) angeordnet sind.
5. Lautsprechereinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch qekennzeich- nete, daß der oder die beweglichen Haltevorsprünge (8) des Lautsprecherkorbes gegenüber dem oder den festen Vorsprüngen (9) liegen.
6. Lautsprechereinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch aekennzeich- net, daß zur Vermeidung von Klirreffekten eine Dichtung (1) größer als die Konturen des Lautsprecherkorbes (6) ausgebildet ist.
7. Lautsprechereinheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Rand (4) des Lautsprecherkorbes (6) von der Auflagefläche des Lautsprecherkorbes(6) weg umgebördelt ist.
8. Lautsprechereinheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnete, daß die Dichtung (1) zwischen Korbrand und seitlicher Begrenzung des Deckrahmens liegt.
