Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Behälter aus Faltmaterial zum Aufbewahren und Darbieten von Waren mit einem Fuss (2) mit rechteckigem Grundriss, in den Stege (6) eingesetzt sind, die das Gewicht des befüllten Behälters aufnehmen, und mit seitlichen Kufen an der Unterseite des Fusses, die bei auf einem Boden aufstehenden Behälter eine Einschuböffnung für Hubgabeln des Hebezeugs ausbilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Kufen durch Klötze (8,8) ausgebildet sind, die in von unten her offenen Aufnahmen an der Unterseite des Fusses (2) eingeschoben sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter aus Faltmaterial zum Aufbewahren und Darbieten von Waren mit einem Fuß mit rechteckigem Grundriß, in den Stege eingesetzt sind, die das Gewicht des befüllten Behälters bei dessen Transport mit Hilfe eines Gabelstaplers oder dergleichen Hebezeugs-aufnehmen und mit seitlichen Kufen an der Unterseite des Fußes, die bei auf einem Boden aufstehenden Behälter eine Einschuböffnung für Hubgabeln des Hebezeugs ausbilden.
  • Derartige Behälter werden im allgemeinen derart mit Waren befüllt, daß sie von Hand nicht mehr transportiert werden können. Sie werden dann mit Hilfe von Gabelstaplern oder dergleichen Hebezeugen bewegt. Hierzu dient die erwähnte Einschuböffnung am Boden des Behälterfußes. Über dem Behälterfuß befindet sich der eigentliche Behälterteil, der mit den betreffenden Artikeln befüllt ist.
  • Bei einem bekannten derartigen Behälter werden die Kufen durch eine Palette aus Holzwerkstoff ausgebildet. Diese besteht aus zwei seitlichen Klötzen, die über eine Holzplatte miteinander zu einem U-förmigen Gebilde verbunden sind. Auf diese Palette wird der eigentliche Behälter aus Faltmaterial aufgesetzt. Um die Palette am Behälter richtig zu positionieren, ist der Fuß des Behälters nach unten zu einemRahmenteil verlängert, welches die Palette seitlich umgibt und positioniert. Irgendwelche Tragefunktionen übt dieser Rahmenteil also nicht aus.
  • Es liegt auf der Hand, daß, verglichen mit dem Herstellungspreis des übrigen Behälters, die aus Holzwerkstoff bestehende Palette sehr stark ins Gewicht fällt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Behälter der eingangs genannten Art vorzuschlagen, der ohne Einbuße in seiner Funktionsfähigkeit ohne die Palette aus Holzwerkstoff auskommt.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Kufen durch Klötze ausgebildet sind, die in von unter her offene Aufnahmen an der Unterseite des Fußes eingeschoben sind.
  • Man kann jetzt daher auf die erwähnte und als getrenntes Bauteil herzustellende Palette aus Holzwerkstoff vollständig verzichten. Für die notwendige Beabstandung der Unterkante des Fußes des erfindungsgemäßen Behälters vom Boden sorgen vielmehr die erwähnten Klötze, die in der Herstellung um ein Vielfaches billiger sind als die bisher verwendete Palette.
  • Die Klötze bestehen aus beliebigem Werkstoff, sofern die Klötze das Gewicht des befüllten Behälters tragen können. Bevorzugt wird ein geeigneter Schaumkunststoff, der, wie Versuche gezeigt haben, das Gewicht des befüllten Behälter tragen kann, wobei die aus Schaumkunststoff hergestellten Klötze sehr preisgünstig sind. Die Klötze können aber auch geeignetem anderem Material bestehen, beispielsweise aus Holz, Holzwerkstoff usw.
  • Zur Ausbildung der Aufnahmen für die Klötze wird es bevorzugt, wenn diese durch Ausnehmungen an den dort befindlichen Stegen ausgebildet werden, in die an die Wände des Fußes angelenkte Faltlaschen U-förmig eingefaltet sind.
  • Dadurch werden die Aufnahmen ausgebildet, die mit Ausnahme der Unterseite von allen Seiten her geschlossen sind, und zwar über die erwähnten Faltlaschen und über Teile der Wände des Fußes des Behälters.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert, aus dem sich weitere wichtige Merkmale ergeben. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 perspektivisch und schematisch einen Behälter nach der Erfindung in seinen wesentlichen Bauelementen;
    • Fig. 2 - eine Ansicht des Behälters von der Unterseite her, ohne die Klötze;
    • Fig: 3 - einen Schnitt längs der Linie 3-3 von Fig. 2 durch den unteren Teil des Fußes mit angedeuteten Klötzen.
  • Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Behälter besteht aus einem oberen Behälterteil 1 und einem Fuß 2. Waren werden auf eine Bodenplatte 3 des Behälters aufgesetzt, die an drei Seiten von Wänden 4 umgeben ist, so daß die Waren am Ort des Verkaufs vom Kunden gesehen und leicht gegriffen werden können. Auch die Vorderseite des Behälterteils 1 kann durch eine niedrige Leiste 5 abgeschlossen sein.
  • Der Fuß 2 ist hohl ausgebildet. In ihn sind Stege 6 eingesetzt, die in Fig. 2 und 3 gezeigt sind. Diese verlaufen kreuzweise. Beim gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind zwei in Längsrichtung verlaufende Stege 6 und zwei in Querrichtung verlaufende Stege 6 vorgesehen. Die Stege sind entweder mit den Wänden 7 des Fußes verklebt oder auch lose in sie eingesetzt. Sie stabilisieren den Fuß und dienen insbesondere dazu, das Gewicht des mit geeigneten Waren befüllten Behälters aufzunehmen, wenn der Behälter mit Hilfe eines Gabelstaplers oder eines anderen geeigneten Hebezeugs transportiert wird.
  • Hierzu sind erfindungsgemäß Klötze 8 aus Schaumkunststoff oder aus einem sonstigen geeigneten Material in nur von der Unterseite her zugängliche Aufnahmen an der Unterseite des Fußes eingeschoben. Hierzu zeigt insbesondere Fig. 3, daß zur Ausbildung dieser Aufnahmen die sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Stege 6 rechteckige Ausnehmungen 9 haben. In die dadurch gebildeten Aufnahmeräume sind Faltlaschen 10, die an die Seitenwände 7 angelenkt sind, U-förmig eingelegt. Fig. 3 läßt deutlich erkennen, daß in die dadurch gebildeten Aufnahmeräume die Klötze 8 im Paßsitz eingeschoben werden können. Zur Halterung der Klötze 8 kann die Decke der Aufnahmeräume auch noch mit einem beiderseits klebenden Streifen 11 versehen sein.
  • Es ist ersichtlich, daß der erfindungsgemäße Behälter seine volle Funktion behält, ohne daß hierzu die sonst vorhandene Holzpalette notwendig ist. An ihre Stelle treten lediglich die beiden Klötze 8.

Claims (4)

1. Behälter aus Faltmaterial zum Aufbewahren und Darbieten von Waren mit einem Fuß (2) mit rechteckigem Grundriß, in den Stege (6) eingesetzt sind, die das Gewicht des befüllten Behälters auch bei dessen Transport mit Hilfe eines Gabelstaplers oder dergleichen Hebezeugs aufnehmen, und mit seitlichen Kufen an der Unterseite des Fußes, die bei auf einem Boden aufstehenden Behälter eine Einschuböffnung für Hubgabeln des Hebezeugs ausbilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die seitlichen Kufen durch Klötze (8, 8) ausgebildet sind, die in von unten her offenen Aufnahmen an der Unterseite des Fußes (2) eingeschoben sind.
2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen durch Ausnehmungen (9) an den dort befindlichen Stegen (6) ausgebildet sind, in die an die Wände (7) des Fußes (2) angelenkte Faltlaschen (10) U-förmig eingefaltet sind.
3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klötze (8, 8) aus Schaumstoff bestehen.
4. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klötze (8, 8) in ihren Aufnahmen angeklebt sind.
