- Another disadvantage of this prior art antenna is the large interference coupling into the receiver input, especially at low frequencies. These high-frequency interferences are caused by the electrical units in the vehicle, such as by ignition and injection pulses. Since in an antenna according to DE-PS 26 50 044 the antenna element is connected both to the receiver input and, when the rear window heating is switched on, to the high-frequency disturbed DC voltage supply, screening measures in the DC voltage supply are highly effective, particularly for the low-frequency LMK, to avoid reception interference - Area required.
