Claims (6)

1. Procédé pour emballer par banderolage des marchandises empilées (14) avec une feuille de matière plastique étriable (feuille stretch), dans lequel les marchandises (14) sont emballées par banderolage en deux couches entre lesquelles est inséré le bord d'une feuille (26) servant de recouvrement, caractérisé par le fait que le banderolage s'effectue de bas en haut, c'est-à-dire complètement jusqu'en haut et, à partir de là, en sens inverse sur une faible hauteur, puis qu'on appose la feuille (26), à l'aide de moyens (23) guidés de manière à être réglables dans un châssis, sur la face supérieure des marchandises (14) et qu'on applique cette feuille par ses bords sur la face supérieure des marchandises (14), qu'on effectue alors à nouveau un banderolage s'étendant complètement jusqu'en haut, puis vers le bas et enfin qu'on couple la feuille à banderoler.
2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'avant le banderolage on met en oeuvre les phases opératoires suivantes:
a) mise en place d'une feuille en matière plastique (15) sur une plaque de support (2) d'un dispositif de transport (1) de manière qu'elle fasse saillie au-delà du bord de la plaque de support,
b) empilage des marchandises (14) sur la feuille (15),
c) refoulement du bord de la feuille du bas vers le haut de manière qu'il puisse être ensuite simultanément banderolé.
3. Procédé suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le refoulement vers le haut est réalisé au moyen d'une soufflante (18) et/ou d'un poinçon (19).
4. Procédé suivant la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'une plaque (16) est appliquée sur la feuille (15) avant l'empilage des marchandises (14).
5. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les marchandises (14) sont empilées lors de la phase opératoire (b) de telle sorte que l'on obtient deux parties étagées parallèles (17) pour l'engagement d'un chariot élévateur à fourche contre les deux bords inférieurs de l'emballage.
6. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le banderolage s'effectue vers le bas d'une manière suffisamment étendue pour que la feuille à banderoler s'applique autour du bord inférieur de l'emballage.
