Abstract

Une installation pour la production d'encres d'imprime­ rie liquides ou semi-liquides ou de produits similaires, qui comprend: des réservoirs d'emmagasinage (1) avec agita­ teurs (2), pour les composants; une tête de mélange (16) disposée à un niveau plus bas que celui des réservoirs (1) et comprenant des soupapes de débit (11) à plusieurs étages, reliées au moyens de tubulures (5) aux réservoirs (1) et déplaçables entre une position de repos et une position d'activité, un actionneur (14) disposé pour commander la soupape de débit (11) active, et des moyens pour déplacer chaque fois une soupape de débit (11) jusqu'à la position d'activité; un plateau de balance (17), disposé sous la tête de mélange (16) pour recevoir un récipient de mélange (21) pourvu d'agitateur (23) et relié à circuit de pesage (19); un clavier (24) pour l'introduction d'une formulation et d'une quantité requises; et un calculateur électronique contrôlé par le clavier (24) et par le circuit de pesage (19) et contenant un programme pour contrôler les appareils formant l'installa­ tion, en coordonnant leur fonctionnement en vue de la réalisation de la quantité désirée d'encre ayant la formula­ tion introduite.
