Abstract

Ein Flachheizkörper besteht aus zumindest zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Stahlblechen (1, 2) von tafelförmi­ ger Grundgestalt, die unter Ausbildung von Strömungskanä­ len (13, 14, 15) für das Heizmedium zwischen ihren einander zugewandten inneren Breitseiten bereichsweise durch einge­ formte Sicken (5, 5′) in gegenseitige Anlage gebracht und miteinander verschweißt sind. Mit der äußeren Breitseite eines (2) der beiden Stahlbleche (1, 2) ist ein Konvektorblech (16) aus Aluminium im Bereich von Strömungskanälen (14, 15) für das Heizmedium mittels eines wärmefesten Kleb­ stoffs unmittelbar verklebt. Die Verklebung des Konvektor­ blechs (16) stellt eine sehr einfache Verbindungsart dar. Gleichzeitig sind besser Bedingungen für den Wärmeüber­ gang vom Heizmedium an das Konvektorblech geschaffen.
