Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de centrifugation doté d'au moins une centrifugeuse (1) à alimentation et évacuation automatiques, d'un dispositif préhenseur (8) mobile, agencé au-dessus de la centrifugeuse (1) et susceptible d'être levé ou abaissé, permettant de saisir, soulever, transporter et déposer des conteneurs rectangulaires (vus du dessus) insérables dans un cadre de logement d'un rotor, qui peuvent être saisis par le dispositif préhenseur (8) au niveau de leur bord supérieur, et doté enfin d'un dispositif maintenant le rotor dans une position définie après le freinage, caractérisé par les points suivants :
    a) le rotor est un panier de centrifugeuse (2,2') qui présente un cadre de logement rectangulaire (31), adapté aux conteneurs et dont les quatre coins sont équidistants de l'axe de la centrifugeuse ;
    b) les conteneurs sont des caisses de transport (3) ouvertes vers le haut, susceptibles d'être remplies de petites pièces métalliques ou de matière plastique, dont les parois présentent des ouvertures pour l'évacuation du fluide centrifugé ;
    c) les caisses de transport (3) se ferment au moyen d'un couvercle de caisse (18), doté d'un dispositif de verrouillage (19, 22),
    d) le dispositif préhenseur (8) des caisses de transport (3) est équipé d'un dispositif d'actionnement (23, 24) qui ouvre ou ferme le dispositif de verrouillage (19-22) du couvercle de caisse (18) ainsi que d'un dispositif de maintien de couvercle (25) maintenant un couvercle de caisse (18) après l'ouverture du dispositif de verrouillage (19-22) et libérant ledit couvercle de caisse (18) après la fermeture du dispositif de verrouillage (19-22).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par deux évidements (40) diamétralement opposés, ménagés vers la périphérie du fond de panier (30) ainsi que par un dispositif de fixation constitué de tiges d'arrêt (41) qui viennent se loger dans l'un des évidements (40).
  3. Dispositif doté d'un panier de centrifugeuse (2,2'), monté sur un arbre moteur généralement vertical (33) d'un moteur d'entraînement (34) fixé sur un support de moteur (35) à suspension élastique, selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les tiges d'arrêt (41) sont agencées sur une console (38) reliée de façon rigide au support de moteur (35) et peuvent se déplacer longitudinalement sur celle-ci.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, au sommet des tiges d'arrêt (41) se trouve un cylindre (42) qui roule contre le fond du panier (30) et vient se loger dans l'évidement (40).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, sous le fond du panier (30) se trouve une bague de roulement (43) présentant les évidements (40) pour le cylindre (42).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que quatre verrous (19) à déplacement longitudinal sont disposés sur le couvercle de caisse (18), en ce les verrous (19) de chaque paire sont reliés de façon rigide par un pont (20) et en ce qu'au milieu du pont (20) est fixée une barrette (22), qui interagit avec des entraîneurs (23) qui peuvent se déplacer en sens inverse sur la face inférieure du cadre préhenseur (12) et sont entraînés par un vérin (24).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, sur la face inférieure du dispositif préhenseur (8) sont agencés deux dispositifs de maintien de couvercle (25), présentant des rails plats qui viennent se plaquer contre le couvercle de caisse (18) et qui sont agencés de telle sorte que les verrous (19) se déplacent sur lesdits rails lors de l'ouverture.
