Claims (7)

1. Vorrichtung um ein Schild oder einen anderen, im allgemeinen flachen Gegenstand, oder einen Gegenstand mit mindestens einer geraden und flachen Kante an der Wand zu halten, und Vorrichtung, die mindestens paarweise verwendet werden muss, wobei das Schild auf eine Teil gesetzt wird und der andere Teil für die obere Haltung des Schildes an der Wand sorgt. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus zwei zusammenarbeitenden Teilen (1, 2), einem zur Aufhängung (1), das an der Wand zu befestigen ist, und einem anderen zur Haltung (2), welches in das erstere ein- oder ausgehängt werden kann um das Schild zu befestigen oder zu lösen, wobei das erste Teil (1 ). eine gewöhnliche, im wesentlichen gerade Winkelform hat, deren erster Arm (1') so ausgelegt ist, dass er flach an der Wand befestigt werden kann. und der andere Arm (1") des ersten Teils (1) eine Öffnung (4) zur Durchführung des zweiten Teils (2) hat, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass dieses zweite Teil (2) in der Form eines geraden Kreuzes ist, wobei ein Arm (2', 2'a, 2'b) in gleicher Weise durch die eine oder die andere Seite der Öffnung (4) des ersten Teils (1) geschoben werden kann, dass besagte Öffnung (4) vertikal ist, damit besagter Arm (2'a, 2'b) des zweiten Teils (2) von oben nach unten gleiten kann, dass der andere Arm (2") des zweiten Teils (2) auf dem anderen Arm (1") des ersten Teils zu liegen kommt, und dass der erste Arm (2'a, 2'b) so lang ist, dass er weit genug durch die Öffnung (4) reicht um das Schild zu halten.
2. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der erste Arm (2') des Halteteils (2) exzentrisch in Bezug auf den anderen Arm (2") des Halteteils (2) ist und einen längeren Teil (2a') hat, und dass der andere Arm (2") des Halteteils (2) ganz um den ersten Arm (2') des Halteteils (2) herumgeht.
3. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass'das Aufhängeteil (1) an seinem ersten Arm (1') eine längliche, vertikale Öffnung (3) hat, um die Höhe seiner Befestigung an der Wand zu regulieren.

Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Aufhängeteil (1) an seinem ersten Arm (1') lateral zur Öffnung (3) zwei Lagerungen in Form eines Bügels (7, 7') hat, in deren Schlitze (8, 8') ein zusätzliches Teil (5) gleiten kann, in Form einer einfachen Platte mit einer länglichen, schrägen Öffnung (6), welche die Öffnung (3) des Aufhängeteils (1) so überdeckt, dass die Höhe der Befestigung dieses Teils (1) an der Wand eingestellt und blockiert werden kann.

Mittel zur Haltung eines Schildes an der Wand mit mindestens zwei Vorrichtungen gemäss irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die unterste Vorrichtung (C) des Schildes (9) aus einem Aufhängeteil (1) besteht, in dessen Öffnung (4) man den kürzeren Teil (2'b) des ersten Armes (2') eines Halteteils (2) geschoben hat, wobei dieses durch seinen zweiten Arm (2") auf dem zweiten Arm (1 ") des ersten Teils (1) aufliegt, und dass die obere Vorrichtung (A) aus einem Aufhängeteil (1) besteht, in dessen Öffnung (4) man, nach Plazierung des Schildes (9), den längeren Teil (2'a) eines Halteteils (2) geschoben hat, wobei dieses durch seinen zweiten Arm (2") auf dem zweiten Arm (1") des ersten Teils (1) aufliegt.
6. Mittel zur Haltung gemäss Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Aufhängeteile (1) der oberen Vorrichtungen (A, B) in entgegengesetzter Position zu den Aufhängeteilen (1) der unteren Vorrichtungen (C, D) sind, wobei sich die Enden der zweiten Arme (1") dieser Teile (1) gegenüberstehen.
7. Mittel zur Haltung gemäss irgendeinem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch. dass der längere Teil (2'a) der ersten Arme (2') der Halteteile (2) zur Einführung in einen Schlitz (12) im Rahmen (11) eines Bildes (10) vorgesehen ist.
