Claims (15)

1. Verfahren zum Umhüllen der Seiten (1a,1b,1c,1d) einer Last (2) mit einer Bahn (3) aus Kunststoffolie von einer Folienrolle (4), bei dem die Last (2) auf eine Tragplatte (6) gesetzt wird, das äußere freie Anfangsteil (3a) der Folienbahn (3) festgehalten wird und mit der Last (2) verbunden wird, eine Relativbewegung der Last (2) auf der Tragplatte (6) zur Folienrolle (4) vorgenommmen wird, um die Folienbahn (3) auf die Seitenflächen der Last (2) zu bringen, die Folienbahn quer abgeschnitten und dann das äußere freie Endteil (3c) der Folie mit ihrem Mittelteil (3b), das die Last umgibt, verbunden wird, und bei dem ein neues äußeres freies Anfangsteil (3a) der Folie erhalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittige Zone des freien Anfangsteils (3a) der Folienbahn (3) derart angebracht wird, daß eine erste Ecke (17a) der Last (2) teilweise an ihrer Stirnfläche (13a,13b) und teilweise an ihren Seitenfläche (1 a,1 b, 1 c, 1 d) bis zu einer plastischen Verformung der Folie (3) überfahren wird, wobei die Folie gegen die erste Ecke (17a) gelegt wird und davon nicht freikommen kann, damit der freie Anfangsteil (3a) der Folienbahn (3) an der Last (2) festgehakt wird, und daß das Festhalten des freien Anfangsteils (3a) nach mindestens einer halben Relativdrehung und vor einer ganzen Relativdrehung der Last (2) zur Folienrolle (4) aufhört.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie äußere Anfangsteil (3a) der Folienbahn (3) auf die Last (2) gelegt wird, während die Folienbahn (3) unter Spannung vorgedehnt gehalten wird.
3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mittlere Anfangsteil (3b-a) der Folienbahn (3) auf mindestens eine weitere Ecke (17b) der Last (2) in gleicher Weise gelegt wird.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere freie Anfangsteil (3a) der Folienbahn (3), vorzugsweise das nachlaufende Teilstück (3a-b), vorzugsweise um 90° spiralig eingerollt wird, bevor es auf die Last gelegt wird.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest am Anfang das freie Anfangsteil (3a-a) der Folienbahn (3) gegenüber der Folienrolle (4) axial verschoben gehalten wird.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest am Anfang das freie Anfangsteil (3a-a) der Foleinbahn (3) gegenüber der Achse (8) der Folienrolle (4) geneigt und vorzugsweise im wesentlichen orthogonal gehalten wird.
7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest am Anfang das freie Anfangsteil (3a-a) der Folienbahn (3) über der oberen Stirnfläche (13a) der Last (2) gehalten wird.
8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere freie Anfangsteil (3a) der Folienbahn (3) auf eine erste obere Ecke (17a) der Last (2) gelegt wird.
9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst eine erste innere spiralförmige absteigende Bebänderung und dann eine zweite äußere spiralförmige ansteigende Bebänderung vorgegeben wird.
10. Maschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, mit einer horizontalen Tragplatte (6) für die Last (2), mit einem Haltemittel (7) für die Folienrolle (4) mit vertikaler Achse (8), mit einem geeigneten Antriebsmittel zum Ausführen einer Relativbewegung der Last (2) zur Folienbahn (3) von der Rolle (4) um eine vetikale Achse (9), mit Spannbacken (10), die um eine Achse (10a) zwischen einer geschlosseen, haltenden und einer offenen, nicht haltenden Stellung bewegbar sind und die dazu bestimmt sind, das äußere, freie Anfangsteil (3a) der Folie (3) einerseits zu Anfang, um es teilweise mit den Flächen (1a,1b) der Last (2) zu verbinden, und andererseits nach der Bebänderung beim Schneiden der Folienbahn (3) zu halten; mit ersten und zweiten Antriebsmitteln, die einerseits das Öffnen und Schließen der Spannbacken (10) und andererseits deren gemeinsame Schwenkbewegung um ihre Schwenkachse (10a) erlauben; mit einem Querschneidemittel für die Folienbahn (3) und mit einem Mittel (12) zum Verbinden des äußeren freien Endstücks (3c) der Folienbahn (3) mit ihem die Last umhüllenden Mittelteil (3b), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Kombination die Haltespannbacken (10) an einer Druckplatte (14), die mindestens eine vorspringende Ecke (17d) der Last (2) beläßt, über der äußeren oberen Stirnfläche (13a) der Last (2) gehalten sind, wobei die genannten Druckplatte (14) von einer an einem Arm (16) angebrachten Achse (15) getragen und um die Achse (9) schwenkbar ist, und die Haltespannbacken (10) sich in der geschlossenen Stellung, um das freie vordere Anfangsteil (3a) der Folie (3) an der vorstehenden Ecke (17d) der Last (2) zu befestigen, in einer zur Achse (8) der Folienrolle (4) orthogonal geneigten Richtung erstrecken und in Bezug auf die vor der Last (2) angeordneten Folienrolle (4) vertikal verstzt sind.
11. Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Querschneidemittel (11) und/oder das Verbindungsmittel (12) von den Haltespannbacken (10) gehalten sind.
12. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (10a) der Haltespannbacken (10) in der Nähe der Ecke der Druckplatte (14) liegt.
13. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (10a) der Haltespannbacken (10) auf der von der Folienrolle (4) entfernten Seite liegt.
14. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltespannbacken (10) sich in ihrer geschlossemen Haltestellung in einer zumindest im wesentlichen parallelen oder zu dem Anschlag (18a) leicht geneigten Richtung erstrecken, wobei dieser Anschlag durch die betreffende seitliche Fläche (1a) und einer Endfläche (13a) der Last definiert ist, und daß sie sich zumindest im wesentlichen parallel oder leicht geneigt zur Längsrichtung der die Last (2) bedeckenden Folienbahn erstrecken.
15. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel zum Vorstrecken der Folienbahn (3) enthält.
