Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roadway body for rail vehicles and track-guided buses and trucks with features according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention is based on a prior art according to DE-C-32 47 619. From this it is known to expand this route by a roadway for track-guided buses and trucks for better use of the route for rail vehicles.
  • a railroad rail body is provided in which the mutual spacing of the rails of the rail pair corresponds to that of the standard railroad track and this rail pair rests on sleepers embedded in ballast.
  • a road surface that is flush with the upper edge of the rails of the pair of rails is provided, which extends from the outside to close to the respective rail and is made of plates lying on and fastened to the sleepers, preferably made of concrete is formed.
  • a guideway is used to guide the motor vehicles, which is arranged on at least one side of the said road surface, delimiting it and projecting upwards, and is scanned by means of guide rollers on the vehicle.
  • the vehicle to be tracked is designed with regard to its twin tires so that the two tires of the twin tires on each side of the vehicle are completely supported on the respectively associated road surface that is adjacent to a rail.
  • the distance between the twin tires of such track-guided vehicles is greater than that of normal trucks and buses. In the known case, therefore, only vehicles were used that either had a larger width than usual or whose twin tires on each side were narrower than usual.
  • This solution consists in that the road surface is arranged eccentrically to the pair of rails and their central axes are offset laterally to one another to such an extent that, in the case of track-guided vehicles with twin tires, both twin tires on one side of the vehicle are only on the outside of a rail of the pair of rails approaching road surface, the two twin tires on the other side of the vehicle, on the other hand, run on a road surface that reaches from inside and outside to the other rail of the pair of rails.
  • Said road surface is formed by plates which are arranged directly on the outside of the respective rail without spacing, and also by plates which are only on the inside of one of the two rails with a minimum distance to form the use of this rail by a railway Rail vehicle and a cleaning of the covered track body area are arranged space.
  • the plates forming the road surface are preferably fixed to the respective rail by means of bolts and screwed to the sleepers.
  • the ballast bed does not require any change; it is even possible, if necessary, to stuff the ballast bed without removing the plates.
  • these individual plates do not need to be fastened to one another, but rather are only provided with overlapping designs so that they form a continuous roadway.
  • these can be e.g. B. be filled with tar at the top, which does not affect the dismantling of the road and the reuse of the plates.
  • the plates are prevented from "wandering" by the attachment to the rails.
  • the roadway body according to the invention can be produced by simply attaching the plates to an existing track body; Because of the standardized dimensions of crossings and switches, the number of designs of such plates that must be installed in the area of these crossings or switches is limited, so that the series production of the plates according to the invention and the provision of these plates, but also the storage of used plates is easily possible.
  • the outer plates are preferably attached to the adjacent rail by means of approximately horizontally extending bolts, these bolts penetrating the rail and being fastened by means of nuts or the like. These bolts are preferably firmly concreted into the outer plates and are passed through corresponding bores in the web of the associated rail, the edge of the outer plates adjacent to this resting against the side cheek of the rail head.
  • the bolt is threaded at its free end and is tightened from the inside of the rail by means of a screw nut; insofar as there is a further inner plate on the inside of the rail, this has a corresponding opening for receiving an extended bolt, the inner plate being pressed against the inside of the adjacent rail by tightening the screw connection and supported on the latter by means of a spacer pushed over the bolt , so that the required space between the rail and the inner plate is made.
  • the outer and inner panels can also be screwed using wood screws to the sleepers on which they rest, so that they remain securely attached to the surface of the sleepers and cannot stand up under one-sided loads.
  • a roadway body for rail vehicles and track-guided buses and trucks is shown, with a railroad rail body, consisting of a ballast bed 2 resting on a suitably prepared base 1, on which sleepers 3 are placed in a known manner.
  • Rails 4 are fastened in a known manner on their upper side, the central axis of the rail pair thus formed being designated by 5.
  • the mutual spacing of the rails 4 corresponds to that of the standard railroad track.
  • the carriageway body consists of a carriageway covering that is essentially flush with the upper edge of the rails 4.
  • This consists of three strips shown in cross-section in the figure, which are arranged on the upper side of the sleepers 3 and are preferably formed from plates lying one behind the other, namely a strip of left outer plates 6, a strip of left inner plates 7 and a strip of right outer plates 8 .
  • the outer plates 6 and 8 are laterally pressed against the adjacent rail 4 by means of clamping bolts 10 and, with their crown, form an essentially flush, continuous road surface.
  • the inner plates 7 are attached with a minimum distance to correspondingly elongated clamping bolts 10, in such a way that their edge facing the adjacent rail 4 forms an open space 11 from top to bottom, which is just as large to accommodate the neighboring ones To allow the rail through a railroad rail vehicle and to allow dirt to fall down and to allow cleaning of the soiled covered track body area.
  • the inner plates 7 are arranged at the same height as the outer plates 6 and 8, d. H. together with these form a road surface which is essentially flush with the crown of the rail 4.
  • the distance from the inside of the right rail head to the guide bar 9 of the right outer plate 8 is approximately equal to the distance between the inner edge of the inner plate 7 and the guide bar 9 of the left outer plate 6. There is a free space between the inner edge of the inner plate 7 and the right rail 4 , in which the ballast bed 2 and the sleepers 3 are exposed.
  • the central axis of the road surface formed from the plates 6, 7 and 8 is designated 12 and, as can be seen, is offset to the right relative to the central axis 5 of the pair of rails 4 by an amount which corresponds to approximately half the width of the inner plate 7.
  • a track-steered vehicle 13 is shown schematically in the drawing on the roadway body, with twin wheels 14 and on both sides in each case with a guide roller 15, which runs on the inside of the adjacent guide web 9.
  • This roadway body with its roadway covering consisting of only three relatively narrow plate strips, is sufficient on somewhat straight lines to guide vehicles which are also equipped with twin tires.
