Claims (5)

1. Dispositif destiné à bloquer un volet ouvert de fenêtre ou de porte, ce volet comportant des pentures de volet munies d'un manchon de penture, dans lequel vient s'engrener un tourillon de penture fixé au châssis de fenêtre ou de porte ou encore dans le mur au moyen d'une tige de gong, dispositif par lequel on prévoit un blocage de torsion pouvant venir s'encliqueter lorsque le volet est dans la position ouverte, tandis qu'il se trouve en liaison active avec le manchon de penture d'au moins une penture de volet et le tourillon de penture, caractérisé en ce que le blocage de torsion (8) est constitué d'un corps (9) à crans d'arrêt pouvant coulisser axialement et relié au manchon de penture (6) de façon à pouvoir résister à la torsion, et d'un contre-cran d'arrêt réalisé par le tourillon de penture (5) ou relié à celui-ci, et en ce que le corps (9) à crans d'arrêt et l'ouverture (10) du manchon de penture (6) destinée à recevoir et à guider le corps (9) à crans d'arrêt, présentent des sections transversales diamétralement opposées différentes de la forme circulaire.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de penture (6) est plus long que le tourillon de penture (5) et en ce que le corps (9) à crans d'arrêt est guidé en coulissement au sein de l'ouverture de logement (10) du manchon de penture (6), ouverture dans laquelle vient se loger le tourillon de penture (5).

Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps (9) à crans d'arrêt et l'ouverture de logement (10) du manchon de penture (6) guidant le corps (9) à crans d'arrêt, présentent une coupe transversale en forme d'un polygone régulier, de préférence, un hexagone.
4. Dispositif destiné à bloquer un volet ouvert de fenêtre ou de porte, ce volet comportant des pentures de volet munies d'un manchon de penture, dans lequel vient s'engrener un tourillon de penture fixé au châssis de fenêtre ou de porte ou encore dans le mur au moyen d'une tige de gond, dispositif par lequel on prévoit un blocage de torsion pouvant s'encliqueter lorsque le volet est dans la position ouverte, tandis qu'il se trouve en liaison active avec le manchon de penture d'au moins une penture de volet et le tourillon de penture, caractérisé en ce que le blocage de torsion (8) est constitué d'une broche radiale (17) à déclic montée dans le manchon de penture (6) ou contre le tourillon de penture (5) et d'un guidage angulaire (19) destiné à la broche (17) à déclic, celui-là étant disposé contre le tourillon de penture (5) ou contre le manchon de penture (6), tandis qu'il présente une section de guidage (19a) s'étendant dans le sens périphérique et une section de guidage (19b) s'étendant en direction axiale.
5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps (9) à crans d'arrêt ou la broche (17) à déclic du blocage de torsion (8) peut coulisser à l'encontre d'une sollicitation de poids ou exercée par un ressort agissant dans le sens de l'encliquetage.
