Description

  • Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen Getränkekasten aus Kunststoff mit teilweise Durchbrechungen aufweisenden Seitenwänden und einem Boden und mit gegenüberliegende Wandteile miteinander verbindenden, Einstellfächer für das zu lagernde Gut bildenden Querwänden, wobei im Übergangsbereich der Querwände zu den Seitenwänden sowohl vom oberen Randbereich der Querwände als auch von dem den Boden zugewandten Randbereich aus eingebrachte Ausnehmungen vorgesehen sind (bekamt aus DE-A-2735514).
  • Derartige Getränkekästen aus Kunststoff sind in vielerlei Ausführungen bekannt, wobei die Bezeichnung "Getränkekasten" nicht besagt, daß derartige Kästen ausschließlich zur Aufnahme von Verpackungen für Getränke eingesetzt werden. Transportkästen aus Kunststoff sind auch für andere Artikel bekannt, wie beispielsweise Milchprodukte oder sonstige Waren, bei denen die Verpackung selbst allzu großen Belastungen nicht standhalten soll, so daß die Transportkästen diese Widerstandsfähigkeit aufweisen müssen.
  • Bei der Gestaltung derartiger Kästen wird eine Optimierung angestrebt, die u.a. auch darin besteht, bei vergleichsweise geringem Einsatz von Kunststoffmaterial eine höchstmögliche Stabilität und Widerstandsfähigkeit des Kastens selbst zu gewährleisten. Es ist daher bekannt, die fachbildenden Querwände nur bis zur halben Kastenhöhe vom Boden her vorzusehen, um hier Material zu sparen; ein derartiger Getränkekasten ist beispielsweise in der DE-A-27 35 514 beschrieben.
  • Diese bekannte Lösung nach der DE-A-27 35 514 sieht eine Materialbrücke als Zwischensteg vor, der Belastungen, die auf die Seitenwände des Getränkekastens ausgeübt werden, unmittelbar in die Fächerwände einleitet, so daß es dort zu Verwerfungen kommen kann.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Schaffung einer Lösung, mit der insbesondere die kritischen Übergangsbereiche zwischen Seitenwänden und Querwänden den auftretenden Belastungen gerecht werden können, d.h. mit der eine größere Belastbarkeit der Kästen auch gegen seitliche Deformationen gewährleistet bleibt, ohne die sonstige Steifigkeit und Flexibilität der Kästen zu verringern.
  • Bei einem Getränkekasten der eingangs bezeichneten Art wird diese Aufgabe gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß die Ausnehmungen unter Bildung einer Materialbrücke sich wenigstens teilweise überlappen und über mehr als die halbe Fächerwandhöhe ausgebildet sind.
  • In Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, daß die materialbrücken bildenden Ausnehmungen im Bereich jedes Überganges zwischen Fächerwänden und Seitenwänden und/oder Fächerwänden und Fächerwänden vorgesehen sind.
  • Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise näher erläutert. Diese zeigt ist der Figur die Seitenansicht eines Getränkekastens, teilsweise geschnitten.
  • Im dargestellten Beispiel ist der mit 1 bezeichnete Getränkekasten mit einem Kastenboden 2 und Seitenwänden 3 bzw. 4 ausgerüstet. Etwa bis zur Hälfte, vom Boden 2 ausgehend, ist der Getränkekasten 1 mit Einstellfächer 5 bildenden Quer- bzw. Fächerwänden 6 ausgerüstet.
  • Zur Materialersparung sind die Fächerwände 6 nicht als durchgängig flächige Elemente ausgebildet, sondern weisen Ausnehmungen 7 in ihrem Mittelbereich auf.
  • Zusätzlich zu den materialsparenden Ausnehmungen 7 sind im Übergangsbereich zwischen den Querwänden 6 und den Seitenwänden 3 bzw. 4 des Getränkekastens 1 ebenfalls Ausnehmungen 8 bzw. 9 vorgesehen,wobei die Ausnehmungen 8 von oben her in den Seitenwänden 6 eingebracht sind, während die Ausnehmungen 9 vom Bodenbereich 2 des Getränkekastens 1 ausgehend gestaltet sind.
  • Wie sich aus der Figur ergibt, ist die Tiefe bzw. Länge der Ausnehmungen 8 bzw. 9 größer als die Gesamthöhe der Quer- bzw. Fächerwände 6, so daß sich die Ausnehmungen 8 und 9 teilweise überdecken, wobei zwischen diesen beiden Ausnehmungen eine Materialbrücke 10 gebildet ist.
  • Neben der Materialbrücke 10 im Übergangsbereich zwischen den Quer- bzw. Fächerwänden 6 und den Seiten 3 bzw. 4 des Getränkekastens 1 können derartige Materialbrücken 10' auch an den Übergangsbereichen von Fächerwänden zu Fächerwänden vorgesehen sein, wie dies in der Figur angedeutet ist.
  • Die Erfindung ist, wie bereits oben eingangs erwähnt, nicht auf das Einsatzgebiet eines Getränkekastens beschränkt; es können auch andere Aufnahmebehälter in gleicher Weise gestaltet sein.

Claims (2)

1. Getränkekasten aus Kunststoff mit teilweise Durchbrechungen aufweisenden Seitenwänden und einem Boden und mit gegenüberliegende Wandteile miteinander verbindenden, Einstellfächer für das zu lagernde Gut bildenden Querwänden, wobei im Übergangsbereich der Querwände zu den Seitenwänden sowohl vom oberen Randbereich der Querwände als auch von dem dem Boden zugewandten Randbereich aus eingebrachte Ausnehmungen vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (8, 9) unter Bildung einer Materialbrücke (10) sich wenigstens teilweise überlappen und über mehr als die halbe Fächerwandhöhe ausgebildet sind.
2. Getränkekasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialbrücken (10') bildenden Ausnehmungen im Bereich jedes Überganges zwischen Fächerwänden und Seitenwänden und/oder Fächerwänden und Fächerwänden vorgesehen sind.
