Abstract

Procédé pour l'abattage de la vase dans un bassin portuaire où au moins une abatteuse munie d'un caisson à air comprimé est abaissée au niveau d'abattage et est déplacée transversalement ou longitudinalement sur le fond. La vase prise par l'abatteuse est évacuée du caisson et le remplissage du caisson par l'air comprimé est commandé en fonction de la quantité de la vase enlevée. Le caisson est descendu jusqu'à ce que son bord touche le fond du bassin. L'eau sera chassée du caisson jusqu'à ce que la vase repose à découvert dans l'accumulateur.
