Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cutting and framing device for cutting Filina cuts, which can be lowered into a slide frame provided in a slide underneath a cutting punch and can be pushed into the slide frame when the slide is pulled out and abuts against a guide jaw, and with means for holding the slide frame in the slider and to capture the film section.
  • a cutting and framing device is known from EP-PS 0 009 144, in which a slide film section can be blasted into a commercially available slide frame.
  • the device is provided with a slide displacement device and has two convex bending jaws facing one another at a distance from a slide film section.
  • Each bending jaw is formed on an abutment and has an abutting surface facing downwards.
  • Both abutments are designed to be pivotable and resiliently rest on the front or rear crossbar of a slide frame that can be pushed under the abutments.
  • the rear abutment is pivotally arranged in a sliding block which can be displaced longitudinally by means of a slider which is sprung on it, so that in a first sequence of movements of the displacement device, the rear abutment for a limited feed in the direction of the front, stationary orderly and pivotably mounted abutment is movable over the surface of the slide frame.
  • the impact surface of the bending baking the rear abutment the rear edge of the film section is grasped and the film section is pushed forward, with its rear edge initially falling into the area of a groove located on the rear crosspiece of the slide frame and then with its front edge against the abutment surface of the front bending jaw bumps.
  • the slide frame After the rear abutment has been displaced by a short distance, the slide frame begins to shift, which is first pushed through with its front crosspiece under the front abutment. Since the film section is supported with its rear edge in the groove of the rear crosspiece and with its front edge on the abutment surface of the front bending jaw, when the slide frame is moved further, the film section bulges upwards in the middle region and becomes one in the front Groove located across the crossbar of the slide frame.
  • the film section or the film section can be made in various directions be arched, the extent of the arching can be very different.
  • the first-mentioned device is not suitable for detonating a strongly arched film section or a film section, since the upwardly projecting edges of a strongly arched film section come into contact with the convex bending jaws of the two abutments of the known device and are deflected upwards , so that they can no longer be caught by the abutting edges of the abutments.
  • the film section would become compressed and useless when the rear abutment was advanced towards the front abutment.
  • a portion of the film when lowering onto a ready slide frame despite the inclined shaft walls, hangs with one of its edges in the region of one of the convexly shaped transitions of the bending jaws and remains in an inclined position.
  • the abutments are also arranged so that they can pivot, so that the known displacement device has a complicated structure and is expensive to manufacture.
  • the invention is based on the object of further developing and improving the displacement device of the known cutting and framing device in such a way that no pivotable components are required when holding down a slide frame and that reliable operation is ensured with a simple construction of the device , in particular by grasping the edges of strongly arched film sections with sufficient certainty and directing them into the area of the transverse webs of a slide frame.
  • a component is slidably guided in the slide, that guide elements are provided on the component in the pull-out direction of the slide, and that when the slide is inserted, the component engages over the rear transverse web of the slide frame in a first position in a resilient manner and, when the slide is pulled out, the rear transverse web the slide frame in a second position.
  • FIG. 1 shows a part of the cutting and framing device with a displacement device in a first functional position in a side view in section
  • Fig. 2 shows the slide of the displacement device according to FIG. 1 in a plan view
  • a guide channel 1 a (FIGS. 1 and 4) for a slide 7 is formed in a base plate 1.
  • the guide channel 1 a is covered by a cover plate 2 arranged on the base plate 1 and used to hold a cut plate 3.
  • the slider 7 can be moved easily.
  • a stamp guide 4 is placed on the cover plate 2, in which a knife head 6 of a stamp 5 provided with four knife edges 6a is guided.
  • 4a denotes a gap between the cutting plate 3 and the punch guide 4 " for introducing a film template, from which a film section 9 is to be cut out.
  • the film section 9 is through a shaft located below the cutting plate 3 and formed in the cover plate 2 2f, the shaft walls of which are slightly inclined inward, can be lowered
  • the film section 9 arrives in a commercially available slide frame 10, which is located under the end of the shaft and is suitable for opening film sections.
  • the slide frame 10 is located in a recess 7a of the slide 7.
  • the position of the recess 7a is selected so that when the slide 7 is pushed in, the rear edge of the upper, larger window opening of the slide frame 10 lies behind the lower edge 2g of the rear shaft wall.
  • the front cross piece 10a of the slide frame 10 is located within the front boundary of the shaft end.
  • the two side edges of the upper, larger window opening of the slide frame 10 are essentially flush with the two side edges of the shaft end.
  • the part of the cover plate 2 located in the pull-out direction of the slide 7 is designed as a rigid guide jaw 2a. It has a wall 2b which runs essentially obliquely downwards from the front shaft wall 2h and merges into the underside 2c.
  • two lateral ribs 2d which also run at an angle, are provided, the lower limit of which is set back relative to the underside 2c of the guide jaw 2a, so that a leading edge 2e protruding downward is formed.

  • the openings 7d are located in the region of the front transverse web 10a of the slide frame 10 lying in the pull-out direction.
  • the free ends 8a of the springs 8 lie under spring tension on the front transverse web 10a of the slide frame 10 and lift this on one side by at least the width “X” "of the gap existing between the slide top 7e and the bottom 2c of the guide jaw 2a.
  • a slidably guided component 12 is provided on the slide 7 with a guide element 12b pointing in the pull-out direction of the slide 7.
  • the component is designed as a resilient clamp and encompasses the rear region of the slide 7.
  • a bent spring arm 12e of the component 12 projects through a recess 7h located in the rear end face of the slide 7 and rests resiliently on the inner wall of the slide 7 on.
  • the component 12 has a longitudinally extending guide slot 12d.
  • Two guide pins 7g formed on the upper side 7e of the slide project through this so that the component 12 is guided on the slide 7.
  • the guide element 12b provided on the component 12 is formed by three tongues pointing obliquely upwards. Both the pins 7g protruding through the guide slot 12d in the component 12 and the guide elements 12b protrude into a recess 2i in the underside of the cover plate 2 which essentially corresponds to the width of the component 12.
  • the mode of operation is as follows: when the slide 7 (FIG. 1) is pushed into the device, the component 12 lies against a stop 1b located in the guide channel 1a. As already described above, it comprises the rear area of the slide 7 and is in its first position, in which it overlaps the rear crosspiece 10b of the slide frame 10 in a resilient manner.
  • the ends of the guide elements 12b which point obliquely upward, are aligned with the lower edge 2g of the rear shaft wall of the cover plate 2 (FIG. 1), or they lie slightly behind the lower edge 2g.
  • the component 12 When the slide 7 is pulled out further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the component 12 is supported on the wall 2b of the guide jaw 2a by means of its guide elements 12b and is retained. The slide can then be pulled out completely in accordance with the free length of the guide slot 12d located in the component 12 (FIG. 5). The component 12 is now in its second position, in which it releases the rear crosspiece 10a of the slide frame 10 transported out by the slide 7. The slide frame 10 assembled with the film section 9 can now be easily removed from the slide 7 and an empty slide frame inserted. When the slide 7 is pushed in, the component 12 initially abuts the stop 1b (FIG. 1). Then the slide 7 at the stop 1b adjacent component 12 are fully inserted according to the free length of the guide slot 12d. The component 12 is then again in its first position, in which it comprises the rear region of the slide 7, the guide elements 12b resiliently engaging over the rear crosspiece 10b of the newly inserted empty slide frame 10.
