Abstract
Description
- In handelsüblichen Fernsehgeräten ist die Fassung für die Bildröhre auf einer gedruckten Leiterplatte aufgelötet. Diese Leiterplatte enthält weitere Bauteile wie z.B. Potentiometer zur Einstellung der Fokusspannung für die Bildröhre oder für die Graueinstellung. Diese Potentiometer sind über gedruckte Leitungen mit den Anschlüssen der Bildröhrenfassung verbunden. Allerdings beträgt z.B. die Fokusspannung, die einem Gitter der Bildröhre über die Röhrenfassung zugeführt wird, etwa 8 KV. Diese relativ hohe Spannung kann nicht ohne weiteres über eine gedruckte Leitung der Leiterplatte geführt werden, weil dann wegen der hohen Spannung Überschläge und damit Kriechstrecken auftreten würden. Für die Zuführung der Fokusspannung müssen daher besondere Maßnahmen, z.B. ein gesonderter isolierter Draht vorgesehen sein. Dieser Draht muß einerseits an einen Anschluß des Potentiometers und andererseits an den entsprechenden Fassungskontakt angelötet sein. Diese Lösung erfordert also zusätzliche Lötstellen, die nicht beim Tauchlötvorgang der Leiterplatte hergestellt werden können. Außerdem sind derartige Lötstellen im Bereich hoher Spannungen unerwünscht, weil die unvermeidlichen Flußmitteldämpfe sich nachteilig auf die Kontaktierung auswirken können. Zudem erfordert die Herstellung der Lötverbindung zusätzliche manuelle oder maschinelle Maßnahmen.
- Das Potentiometer für die Fokusspannung muß mit einem aus hochwertigem Isolierstoff bestehenden Gehäuse versehen sein, das für die hohen Spannungen einen ausreichenden Berührungsschutz gewährleistet. Auch für die Röhrenfassung ist ein hochwertiger Isolator erforderlich, der einerseits gute thermische Standfestigkeit aufweist und andererseits ausreichende Isolation der einzelnen Anschlüsse zueinander gewährleistet.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine konstruktiv einfache und rationelle Lösung für Verbindungen zwischen Bildröhrenfassung und Potentiometer, speziell mit dem Fokuspotentiometer, zu schafffen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im Anspruch 1 beschriebene Erfindung gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
- Im Prinzip besteht die Erfindung darin, daß Bildrohrfassung und Potentiometer als Einheit in einem gemeinsamen elektrisch isolierendem Gehäuse angeordnet werden. Diese rationelle Lösung bietet sich an, da wenigstens zwei Anschlüsse des Fokusreglers mit der Bildröhrenfassung verbunden werden müssen, nämlich Masse und Schleiferabgriff, von dem die eingestellte Fokusspannung abgenommen wird. Diese Verbindungen können ohne Lötvorgang hergestellt werden.
- Eine Möglichkeit, Verbindungen herzustellen, besteht darin, Formteile aus Metall in Ausnehmungen des isolierenden Gehäuses anzuordnen. Auch ist es möglich, die Fokusspannung über ein steckbares Leitgummiteil mit dem Bildröhrenanschluß zu verbinden.
- Zusätzlich ist es möglich, in der baulichen Einheit mit Fokusregler und Bildröhrenfassung ein weiteres Potentiometer im gemeinsamen Isoliergehäuse unterzubringen. So kann z.B. das Potentiometer für die Einstellung einer Schirmgitterspannung für Graueinstellung, welche elektrisch mit dem Fokusregler in Reihe liegt, in dem Isoliergehäuse angeordnet werden.
- Die Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung an einem Ausführungsbeispiel erläutert.
- Die Figur zeigt in einer Draufsicht eine Bildröhrenfassung in Baueinheit mit Fokusregler und Schirmgitterpotentiometer.
- In dem isolierenden Gehäuse 1 sind Kontakte 2 für die Bildröhrenfassung gemeinsam mit den Potentiometern 4 und 7 angeordnet. Die Potentiometer sind als Spindelpotentiometer dargestellt, deren Schleifer mit den Einstellknöpfen 6 verstellt werden können. Die Verbindungen zwischen den Potentiometern und den Fassungsanschlüssen 2 werden durch die Leitungen 3,5 hergestellt, die als Formteile in Ausnehmungen des Gehäuses 1 eingelassen sind. Die Verbindung 5 für den Anschluß der Fokusspannung kann auch als leitendes Gummiteil ausgeführt sein, da die Ströme und damit der Spannungsabfall in dieser Verbindung extrem gering sind. Die Spannungszuführung für die Potentiometer 4 und 7 geschieht durch die Leitung 8, welche die erforderliche hohe Spannung vom Hochspannungstrafo zuführt. Diese Leitung kann in einer Führungsbuchse 9 des ioslierenden Gehäuses 1 eingesteckt werden.
- Durch eine nichtdargestellte isolierende Haube besteht die Möglichkeit, Potentiometer und Fokusanschluß der Fassung gegen unbeabsichtigte Berührung zu sichern.
