Claims (5)
- Outil de câblage pour la fabrication d'installations à courant faible, en particulier pour le câblage de blocs de raccordement d'installations de distribution présentant des conducteurs de câbles et des jarretières de connexion, une tête de câblage (12) enfonçant un fil dans une fente de contact d'un élément de raccordement, actionnable sous l'action d'une force exercée à l'encontre de moyens à ressort (4, 10), prenant appui dans une poignée (3) par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme percuteur (20) de manière coulissante par rapport à une poignée (3), tête de câblage de laquelle fait saillie, sur la face interne, un coulisseau (2), dont l'extrémité interne est reliée activement de manière amovible, par l'intermédiaire d'un registre d'arrêt (7) mobile latéralement à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort (9), à un glissoir (8) du mécanisme percuteur, glissoir qui est soumis à un ressort à pression caractérisé en ce que le registre d'arrêt (7) est disposé, avec une inclinaison à 45° de préférence, devant la face frontale libre (2') du coulisseau (2) présentant la même inclinaison, sur une surface de coulissement (8') correspondante du glissoir (8), le registre d'arrêt (7) étant appliqué directement ou indirectement contre une surface d'arrêt et de guidage (22) de la manette (3) par l'intermédiaire d'un collier transversal (7') pour établir, lors du déplacement axial du coulisseau (2), le déplacement transversal du registre d'arrêt (7) jusqu'à la libération du coulisseau (2) provoquant un rappel percutant en entrant dans un passage (23) du registre d'arrêt (7).
- Outil de câblage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé on ce que, du côté du coulisseau, est appliquée contre le registre d'arrêt (7), une tête percutrice (23'') qui forme une contre-surface de guidage (23'), qui prend appui, de manière coulissante axialement par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort (10), sur la face interne de la tête de câblage (12) et qui absorbe la force de rappel percutante.
- Outil de câblage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans sa direction de coulissement, le registre d'arrêt (7) prend appui contre la tête percutrice (23'') par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort de rappel (9).
- Outil de câblage selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le collier transversal (7') est appliqué contre une surface de guidage (22) à inclinaison antagoniste par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce coulissante (21).
- Outil de câblage selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface de guidage et d'arrêt est formée par la courbe de commande (22') d'une came de réglage (41) qui prend appui sur la manette (3) et qui est réglable dans au moins deux positions extrêmes différentes intervenant dans la direction de coulissement du registre d'arrêt (7) en vue de la libération anticipée ou ultérieure du coulisseau (2).
