Claims (8)

1. Procédé d'assemblage de plaques minces posées l'une sur l'autre (notamment de tôles) (4, 5) ou de sections de plaques (4, 5) par cames découpées dont le principe est le suivant: Les parties de plaques (27, 28) posées l'une sur l'autre sont découpées le long d'une partie de leur contour et repoussées hors du plan de la plaque; grâce à une surface de contre-pression (16,22), la partie (27) la plus proche des plaques (4, 5) est élargie par écrasement sur les côtés découpés, passant ainsi derrière les plaques (4, 5), tandis que la déformation radiale de la partie (28) éloignée des plaques (4, 5) est limitée; avec pour particularité que la surface de contre-pression (16) se trouvant sur un poinçon d'écrasement (11) présente au moins un renfoncement (15) avec arêtes coupants (13) pour l'opération de découpage et de repoussage et reste tout d'abord immobile grâce à une force d'appui élastique (19), pour céder ensuite durant l'opération d'écrasement qui exige des forces de compression plus élevées de façon à ce que le matériau de la partie (27) la plus proche des plaques (4, 5), en fluant, passe derrière la plaque (5) correspondante, le renfoncement (15) ménagé dans la surface de contre-pression (16) limitant la déformation radiale de la partie (28) éloignée des plaques.
2. Procédé suivant spécification 1, avec pour particularité que la force d'appui élastique (19) est supérieure à la force de découpage et de repoussage, mais inférieure à la force d'écrasement.
3. Dispositif d'assemblage de plaques minces (4,5) ou de sections de plaques (4, 5) posées l'une sur l'autre par cames découpées avec un moule (2) placé sur une presse, avec un poinçon d'écrasement (11) placé dans une ouverture (10) ménagée dans le moule (2), la matrice (2) et le poinçon d'écrasement (11) pouvant effectuer des mouvements relatifs l'un par rapport à l'autre dans le sens de travail, et avec un poinçon de découpage et de repoussage (1) entraîné par le presse; avec pour particularité que le poinçon d'écrasement (11) présente un renfoncement (15) avec arêtes coupantes (13) sur la face frontale (14) dirigée vers le poinçon de découpage et de repoussage, qu'il se déplace contre la résistance d'un élément élastique (19) durant la course de découpage et de repoussage du poinçon de découpage et de repoussage (1) et qu'il est appliqué contre une butée (20) pendant la course d'écrasement du poinçon de découpage et de repoussage (1).
4. Dispositif suivant spécification 3, avec pour particularité qu'une rainure transversale (15) sert de renfoncement dans le poinçon d'écrasement (11) et que le moule (2) possède une matrice de repoussage (23) avec arêtes coupantes (26) pour le découpage.
5. Dispositif suivant spécification 4, avec pour particularite qu'une section de la paroi du trou (10) est libérée par le déplacement du poinçon d'écrasement (11) dans le trou (10) du moule (2), de sorte que le matériau écrasé peut glisser jusque contre cette paroi.
6. Dispositif suivant une des spécifications 3-5, avec pour particularité qu'un ressort sert d'élément élastique (19).
7. Dispositif suivant une des spécifications 3-6, avec pour particularité que des systèmes hydrauliques servent d'éléments élastiques (19).
8. Dispositif suivant une des spécifications 3-7, avec pour particularité que la force de l'élément élastique (19) est transmise par une colonne hydraulique.
