Claims (5)

1. Dispositif pour lisser des surfaces de béton fraichement coulées, constitué par un chassis déplaçable horizontalement (1) avec des points de fixation et de montage pour:
a) deux séries de truelles (5, 5', 5"; 6, 6', 6"), chacune perpendiculaire à l'extrémité d'un arbre de rotation, lesquelles truelles peuvent travailler la surface du béton fraichement coulée dans un mouvement de rotation, et lequel arbre est capable de s'incliner par rapport à la verticale, tandis que les zone d'opération des truelles se chevauchent partiellement;
b) un méchanisme d'entrainement par moteur (3) que peut faire tourner les séries de truelles (5, 5', 5"; 6, 6', 6") de façon synchrone et en sens opposés;
c) des moyens pour placer les arbres de rotation dans l'inclinaison voulue par rapport à la verticale, grâce à au moins un levier de commande (20, 25);
d) un siège (2), à partir duquel on peut actionner le levier (les leviers) (20, 25) et le mécanisme d'entrainement par moteur (3);
e) des moyens (17, 18) pour régler la position en hauteur des deux séries de truelles (5, 5', 5"; 6, 6', 6") par rapport au chassis (1), avec la caractéristique que:
f) un des arbres d'entrainement (8) des deux séries de truelles (5, 5', 5"; 6, 6', 6") est ajustable par rapport à la verticale au moyen d'un levier (20), dans un plan perpendiculaire au déplacement en ligne droite vers l'avant;
g) le second arbre d'entrainement (7) de la deuxième séries de truelles est ajustable, au moyen d'un second levier (25), dans n'importe quelle position par rapport à la verticale, et
h) il y a, entre le moteur d'entrainement (3) et le mécanisme des arbres de rotation (7, 8) des deux séries de truelles (5, 5', 5"; 6, 6', 6"), un accouplement (16) qui embraie pour un couple précis et déterminé à transmettre.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, avec la caractéristique que l'accouplement (16) est un accouplement centrifuge.
3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, avec la caractéristique que les deux arbres d'entraine- ment (7, 8) des deux séries de truelles (5, 5', 5"; 6, 6', 6") sont entrainés de façon synchrone, par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de transmission (9, 10), par des courroies dentées auto-réglables en tension (12, 13), à partir d'un arbre commun (11) situé derrière l'accouplement (16).
4. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, avec la caractéristique que l'arbre (8) mobile dans une direction peut, par l'intermédiaire de la boîte à engrenage (10), être ajusté par le levier (manette) (20), l'ensemble de biellettes (22, 21, 23) reliées entre elles et à ce levier de façon articulée, et l'arbre basculant (24), et que l'arbre (7) mobile dans deux directions par rapport à la position verticale peut être ajusté dans une direction par le levier (manette) de réglage (25), le premier système de biellettes (27, 26, 28) reliées de façon articulée et l'arbre (29), et peut être également ajusté dans une direction perpendiculaire à la précédente par l'intermédiaire d'une tige (31) qui lui est raccordée en plus, du levier (33) et de la boîte à engrenage (9).
5. Dispositif selon les revendications 1-3, avec la caractéristique que la boîte à engrenage (10) peut, avec l'arbre (8), être basculée dans un plan vertical par l'intermédiaire d'un cable Bowden, et que la boîte (9), avec l'arbre (7), peur être basculée dans deux plans perpendiculaires l'un à l'autre, par l'intermédiaire de deux cables Bowden.
