Claims (7)

1. Verbinder, insbesondere elektrischer Verbinder, umfassend zwei mechanisch miteinander kuppelbare Verbindungselemente (A, B) zur Herstellung einer Verbindung zwischen den in den beiden Verbindungselementen jeweils enthaltenen Einrichtungen, wobei die beiden Verbindungselemente (A, B) jeweils mit einem Gehäuse (1,10) versehen sind, wobei weiter eines (10) dieser Gehäuse einen mechanischen Kupplungs- und Verriegelungsring (11) für die Verbindung zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Gehäuse (1) des anderen Elementes (A) aufweist, wobei weiter der Ring (11) durch einen zur Durchführung eines mechanischen Kuppelns oder eines mechanischen Entkuppelns mit dem anderen Element (A) dienenden Innenring (12) und einen zum Steuern der mechanischen Verriegelung oder Entriegelung der Verbindung der beiden Elemente vorgesehenen Außenring (13) gebildet ist, wobei weiter die beiden Ringe (12, 13) drehfest miteinander verbunden sind und wobei der Außenring (13) in axialer Richtung in bezug auf den Innenring (12) verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weiterhin eine lösbare Sperreinrichtung (18,21) vorgesehen ist, die mit dem Kupplungsring (11) verbunden und in der Weise angeordnet ist, daß der Kupplungsring (11) zwei Funktionsstellungen einnehmen kann, nämlich eine erste Stellung oder Sperrstellung, in welcher die Sperreinrichtung den Innenring (12) und den Außenring (13) axial miteinander zusammenfügt und die Betätigung des einzigen Außenrings (13) sperrt, um ihn in eine einer mechanischen Verriegelung entsprechenden Stellung gelangen zu lassen, während die Verbindungselemente (A, B) nicht mechanisch miteinander gekuppelt sind, und eine zweite Stellung oder Freigabestellung, in welcher unter der Wirkung einer Steuereinrichtung (9), die durch das andere Element (A) getragen wird und die außer Funktion ist, wenn die beiden Verbindungselemente nicht miteinander gekuppelt sind, die Sperreinrichtung (18, 21) den Außenring (13) freigibt und ihm erlaubt, seine Verriegelungsstellung für die Verbindung der beiden Verbindungselemente (A, B) einzunehmen.

Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperreinrichtung ein radial verschiebbares, zu dem Innenring (12) oder Außenring (13) gehöriges Bewegungsorgan (21) und eine zu dem jeweiligen Außenring (13) oder Innenring (12) gehörige zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Bewegungsorgan (21) dienende Lagerausnehmung (20) umfaßt.

Verbinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (9) der Sperreinrichtung (18, 21) durch einen Abschnitt (9) des Gehäuses (1) des Verbindungselementes (A) gebildet ist, welches in der gekuppelten Stellung der beiden Elemente (A, B) in das Verbindungselement (B) eingreift und zum funktionellen Zusammenwirken mit einem entsprechenden Abschnitt (18) der Sperreinrichtung vorgesehen ist.

Verbinder nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das radial bewegbare Organ ein ringförmiges Rohrstück (21) umfaßt, welches zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der es in einer in dem Innenring (12) vorgesehenen ringförmigen Vertiefung (19) untergebracht ist, wobei es teilweise aus der ringförmigen Vertiefung (19) hervortritt und teilweise in eine zweite, in dem Außenring (13) angeordnete Vertiefung (20) hineinragt (Sperrstellung des Außenrings (13)), und einer Stellung elastisch verformbar ist, wo es vollständig von der zweiten Vertiefung (20) aufgenommen ist (Freigabestellung des Außenrings (13)), und daß die Steuereinrichtung wenigstens einen mit dem Rohrstück zusammenwirkenden radialen Vorsprung (18) aufweist, der bei dem Passieren des oben erwähnten Gehäuseabschnitts (9) des Verbindungselements (A) betätigt wird, wenn das Rohrstück (21) sich in seiner ersten Stellung (Sperrstellung) befindet.
5. Verbinder nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gehäuseabschnitt (9) des Verbindungselementes (A) durch den Rand oder einen vorderen Randbereich (9) des Gehäuses (1) gebildet ist.
6. Verbinder nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit dem Rohrstück zusammenwirkende radiale Vorsprung eine Kugel (18) ist, die in einer Ausnehmung gehalten ist, welche einerseits durch eine aus dem Körper des Innenrings (12) ausgebohrte Vertiefung (17) und andererseits durch eine in dem Rohrstück (21) angeordnete Vertiefung (23, 24) begrenzt ist.
7. Verbinder nach Anspruch 6, umfassend weitere Bestätigungseinrichtungen (18,22,23,24) zur Verriegelung der Verbindung der beiden Verbindungselemente (A, B), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrstück (21) eine zweite Vertiefung (24, 23) umfaßt, die axial neben der ersten Vertiefung (23, 24) angeordnet ist und durch eine umlaufende Rippe (22) mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Rampen von dieser getrennt ist,
