Claims (12)

1. Vorrichtung für die Öffnung der Türen und/ oder für die Orientierung und Blockung der Lamellen von Fensterläden und ähnlichem, welche einen Metallrahmen bestehend aus einem Ständerpaar (1) und aus einem Querträgerpaar (2) miteinschliesst, jeder Ständer vorzeigend eine jeweilige vertikale Gleitungsbahn (4) und einen entsprechenden Hinterraum (5), und Lamellen (6) zwischen den genannten Ständern liegend und kantig verstellbar, und miteinschliessend eine Grundlage (29) für einen Griff (28) welcher im Kreissinn betätigt werden kann, anwendbar auf einen Ständer (1) in dem vertikale Parallelspalten (32 und 49) vorgesehen sind, für den Durchgang von Teilen fähig zum Einsatz einer Stange (18) für die Bewegung der Lamellen, beziehungsweise von zwei Blockungsstangen (41 und 42) der Fensterladentür, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieselbe jeweilige Rechteckplatten vorsieht, welche aus Modularelementen (10) bestehen, die in den Gleitungsbahnen (4), die in den zwei Ständern gegenübergestellt sind, eingeführt werden können, um jede Lamelle (6) im genannten Raum (5) von Ständer (1), auf dem ein Griff (28) angebracht ist, zu binden, mittels eines Dübels (12) der auf einer Seite einen durch Druck sich in einem inneren Hohlraum (7) der Lamelle einfügenden Vorsprung (13) und auf der anderen Seite einen Bolzen (14) vorzeigt, welcher einen entsprechenden vorbeigehenden Loch (11) der Platte (10) durchgeht, ein Stangenpaar der vertikalen Bewegung (16 und 17) ist zugleich angeordnet, die Stangen untereinander parallel gehalten mit Hilfe von Platten (23), welche jede einen röhrenförmigen Element (24) hat, der bestimmt ist, den aus der genannten Platte (10) ausgetretenen Bolzenteil (14) des Dübels (12) aufzunehmen und festzumachen, Mitteln sind zugleich vorgesehen um wenigstens eine der genannten Stangen (16 und 17) in Bewegung zu setzen und Mitteln sind ausserdem vorgesehen um die Lamellen in mehrere verschiedene Winkelstellungen festzumachen, und welche Vorrichtung mit einer Serie von drei metallischen Plättchen (55, 56 und 63) versehen ist, die ersten zwei führen auf einer gleichen Seite und an den gegenüberliegenden Enden betreffende Rippen (57 und 58) für die Bewegung der Blockungsstangen (42) und beziehungsweise (41), die dritte führt dagegen auf der im Vergleich zu den vorherigen gegenüberliegenden Seite eine geformte Rippe (65) für die Bewegung der genannten Regulierungsstange (18) der Orientierung der Lamellen (6), die genannten Plättchen, welche sich nach der Montage untereinander genährt ergeben, bestimmen eine Gesamtstärke gleich der Tiefe eines rechteckigen Sitzes (54) in der Grundplatte (29) für den Griff (28) vorgesehen, in dem dieselben Plättchen lagern, ein weiteres Plättchen (66 oder 66'), aus plastischem Material, ist vorgesehen um in Zusammenstellung mit der dritten Lamelle (63) oder mit den genannten ersten zwei Lamellen (55 und 56) verwendet zu werden, um die Bewegung der Stange (18), beziehungsweise die Bewegung der Blockungsstangen (41 und 42) zu erreichen, Mitteln sind vorgesehen um die Kreisbewegung des Griffs (28) in Translationsbewegung der genannten Plättchen zu verwandeln.
2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Bolzen (14) in Peripherie Längsnuten (15) vorzeigt, welche von Nebenrippen (25), die innen von den röhrenförmigen Elementen (24) der genannten Platten (23) getragen werden, eingesetzt werden können, jede Platte (23) zeigt zwei Pflöcke (26) vor, die sich in rechteckigen Löchern (21), auf den genannten Stangen (16,17) paarweise vorgesehen, verpflichten, um die Stangen (16 und 17) untereinander parallel zu halten, auf derselben Seite des röhrenförmigen Element (24), in genau entgegengesetzte Stellungen.

Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1 in der die genannten Stangen (16 und 17) aus modularen Elementen (18) bestehen, welche an den betreffenden Enden Mitteln zum gegenseitigen Einsatz haben, die aus Zähnen (19), beziehungsweise aus Sitzen (20) bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die Stange (16) eine abwechselnde Vertikalbewegung von einem Haken (31), in einen seiner Modularelementen (18) im Zentralloch gesteckt, bekommt, der genannte Haken (31) ist von einem Plättchen (30), welches im Griff (27) gesteckt ist und senkrecht von einem Griff (28) versetzt werden kann, getragen.

Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Blockungsmitteln der genannten Lamellen (6) im mehreren verschiedenen Winkelstellungen aus einem festen Pflock (36), von dem genannten Griff (28) getragen und ständig in einem Loch (33), der in das genannte Plättchen (30) erzeugt ist, eingesetzt, und aus einem einziehbaren Pflock (37) bestehen, welcher Pflock (37) ebenfalls am Griff (28) gebunden ist und wechselweise den genannten Loch (33) des genannten Plättchen (30) oder einen der zwei Löcher (34, 35), auf dasselbe Plättchen (30) gegenseitig in bezug auf den Loch (33) vorgesehen, einsetzen kann, der genannte einziehbare Pflock (37) wird eingezogen indem man auf einen Steuerungshebel (39) wirkt, welcher unter den Griff (238) in Gegensatz zu einer Druckfeder (38)·vorgesehen ist.

Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (28) eine Nabe (50) zeigt, die in einem zylindrischen Sitz (51) der Grundlage (29) untergebracht ist, die genannten Mitteln, um die Kreisbewegung des Griffs (28) in Translationsbewegung der genannten Plättchen (55, 56, 63, 66 und 66') umzuwandeln, bestehen aus ein Klinkenpaar (36 und 37) welches in genau entgegengesetzte Stellungen auf der genannten Nabe (50) festgesetzt ist und sich in angebrachten, in die genannten Plättchen vorgesehenen Löchern verpflichtet, die Länge der Klinke (36) ist ungefähr der Stärke eines der drei metallischen Plättchen (55,56,63) gleich, währen die Länge der genannten Klinke (37) ungefähr der gesamten Stärke der genannten drei metallischen Plättchen gleich ist.

Vorrichtung nach den Patentansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Verwendung der drei metallischen Plättchen (55, 56 und 63), diese letzte solidarisch dem Plättchen (56) gebunden ist, durch die Rippe (65) die in einem rechteckigen Loch (62) des Plättchen (56) geht, die Bewegung des Plättchen (55) ereignet sich mittels der genannten Klinke (36) die sich in einem horizontalen Loch (59), im Plättchen (55) vorgesehen, verpflichtet, während sich die Bewegung der einteiligen Plättchen (63 und 56) mittels der Klinke (37), die einen krummen Loch (60) der Plättchen (55) durchgeht und sich in ausgerichteten horizontalen, in das Plättchen (63), beziehungsweise (56) vorgesehenen Löcher (64 und 61) verpflichtet, ereignet, all dieses so, dass die Rotation des Griffs (28) in einem oder im anderen Sinn gegenseitige Abwendungsbewegungen oder Annäherungsbewegungen zwischen das Plättchen (55) und die einteiligen Plättchen (63 und 56) bewirkt.

Vorrichtung nach den Patentansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wirkung der Klinke (36) durch die auf das Plättchen (66) vorgesehenen kleinen Seitenwände (67) aufgehoben wird, zwischen welche das Plättchen (63) eingeklemmt wird und von der Klinke (36) fern gehalten wird, all dieses indem man allein das Plättchen (63) zusammen mit das Plättchen (66) aus plastischem Material verwendet, für die Bewegung allein der Stange (18) für die Einstellung der Lamellen (6).

Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Plättchen (66') aus plastischem Material, in Zusammenstellung mit den metallischen Plättchen (55 und 56) für die Bewegung allein der Blockungsstangen (41 und 42) verwendet, ausschliesslich als Dicke fungiert und von das genannte Plättchen (66) erhalten ist, indem man die genannten Seitenwände (67) ausschneidet.

Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung an den genannten Blockungsstange (41 und 42) von den Rippen (58 und 57) der Plättchen (56 und 55) erteilt wird, welche sich in Ösen (46 und 47) verpflichten, die seitlich von respektiven Endblöcken (44 und 45), an den Stangen (41 und 42) festgemacht, vorgesehen sind, während die Bewegung an der Stange (18) für die Einstellung der Lamellen von der geformten Rippe (65) des Plättchen (63) erteilt wird, welche sich in einem rechteckigen, auf der Stange (18) vorgesehenen Loch (21) verpflichtet.
10. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Peripherie der genannten Nabe (50) des Griffs (28) Naben (52) in gleichmässigen Abständen vorgesehen sind, welche sich in entsprechenden Nuten (53), im zylindrischen Sitz (51) der Grundplatte (29) vorgesehen, verpflichten, um Festpunkte des Umlaufs des Griffs lang zu bestimmen. All das substantiell wie beschrieben und illustriert und für die genau angegebenen Zwecke.
