Claims (3)

1. Vorrichtung zum schrittweisen Abzug eines steigend gegossenen länglichen Gegenstandes (1) aus einer Stranggusskokille (2), der durch kontinuierliches steigendes Giessen, Formgeben, Kalibrierung und Verfestigung in einem geeigneten Behälter erhalten wird, gekennzeichnet durch
- eine erste ortsfeste Vorrichtung (3), die in unmittelbarer Nähe der Ausgangsöffnung (2') des Behälters angeordnet ist und aus einem Ring besteht, der den verfestigten Gegenstand umschliesst und eine kegelstumpfförmige Innenseite (4) aufweist, wobei der Öffnungswinkel des Konus zwischen 10 und 20° liegt und wobei die kleine Basisfläche die untere Fläche ist und der zwischen der äusseren Fläche des verfestigten Gegenstands und der Innenseite des Rings bestehende Raum mit Kugeln (5) verschiedener Durchmesser versehen ist, die zu Beginn einer stromauf gerichteten Bewegung des Gegenstands dessen Festklemmung sicherstellen, und
- eine zweite bewegliche Vorrichtung (6), die denselben Aufbau wie die erste Vorrichtung aufweist und ebenfalls Kugeln enthält, wobei die zweite Vorrichtung angetrieben wird, um eine longitudinale Hin- und Herbewegung entlang der Achse des Gegenstands auszuführen.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öffnungswinkel des Kegelstumpfes 15° beträgt.
3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längliche feste Gegenstand ein Metallrohr ist.
