Claims (7)

1. Klappe als Duschabtrennung für Badewannen, Fußwannen von Duschen und ähnliche Behälter, wobei die besagte Klappe um eine Achse (16) schwenkbar und vertikal verschiebbar angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein vertikal verschiebbares Profil (13) vorgesehen ist, welches die besagte Achse (16) trägt, auf welcher zumindest ein Klappe (3) befestigt ist, wobei das besagte verschiebbare Profil (13) durch ein Führungsprofil (7) geführt ist, mit welchem es über Ausgleichseinrichtungen (19) zum Gewichtsaus gleich der von der Achse (16) getragenen Klappe oder Klappen (3) verbunden ist.
2. Klappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgleichseinrichtungen ein elastisches Element (19) oder ein Gegengewicht umfassen, welches zwischen zwei Träger (18, 21) eingesetzt ist, die am Führungsprofil (7) bzw. am verschiebbaren Profil (13) angebracht sind.
3. Klappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgleichseinrichtungen durch einen Gaszylinder (19) gebildet sind.

Klappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsprofil (7) innerhalb eines Trageprofils (4) angeordnet ist, mit welchem es durch Schrauben (9) verbunden ist, die durch Öffnungen (11) zur Einstellung der Neigung des Führungsprofils (7) in Bezug auf die Wand (5), an welcher das Trageprofil (4) angebracht ist, hindurchgehen.
5. Klappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verschiebbare Profil (13) mit Verriegelungseinrichtungen (24, 26) verbunden ist, die die Klappe oder Klappen (3) in abgesenkter Position halten, in welcher sie auf einem Rand der Badewanne oder des Behälters (1) aufliegen.

Klappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinrichtungen einen Zapfen (22) umfassen, der sich an einem am verschiebbaren Profil (13) angebrachten Träger (21) befindet, wobei der besagte Zapfen (22) durch eine Öffnung (23) im Führungsprofil (7) hindurchragt und mit zumindest einer zur Befestigung an Knöpfen (26), die am Tragprofil (4) montiert sind, bestimmten Zugschnur (24) verbunden ist.
7. Klappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch an der Basis des Tragprofils (4) und der Klappe oder Klappen (3) angebracht Dichtungen und Dichtwülste (27, 28).
